Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport and local destinations. Some guests found their rooms clean, spacious, and comfortable, and a few highlighted friendly and accommodating staff. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness issues, poor service, noise disturbances, and misleading information about amenities such as the pool and airport shuttle. Ongoing renovations and maintenance problems also detracted from the overall experience for several guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
