Pros: Staff is friendly-free breakfast

Pros: Everything was sparkling clean, the bed was comfortable, it basically had everything we needed.

Pros: Gorgeous & very helpful staff!

Cons: Seems to me overnight parking was a bit expensive. The restaurant on sight was also expensive.

Cons: They automatically charge extra for the room safe; if you don't use it, you need to ask that the fee be subtracted when you check out. The fee is minimal (less than $2), but why on earth add this to a room that costs over $--- per night? C'mon!

Pros: I came from surgery from St Mary's and had to hold over for 2 extra days. Did that at the inn. They kept my freezer bags frozen. We could get them day or middle of the night. So helpful. Room clean had blood on bed, no problem. They were great in the middle of my pain and everything. We forgot to bring my pillows from home to keep my legs up for the ride home. They sold us pillows. Pros: We had nice corner room with extra windows it was very nice on the second floor help from the lady that checked us in and gave us a very nice room we got there early a room was ready very pleasant nice people to work with hot tub was great and relaxing

Cons: Recarpeting was a slight problem but installers and staff were very apologetic and accommodating. Could do without the rough looking characters drinking and smoking on picnic tables at entrance (I would move that location to side of property

Pros: Bed was comfortable and room was pretty nice. Controls for the air conditioner were a little odd, but the staff at the front desk were able to help us out with that. This is a good value stay overall.

Cons: Hallways and stairs were unfinished and looked a little sketchy. Some big potholes in the parking lot.

Pros: The clerk that checked us in after midnight was extremely helpful and welcoming, going above and to get us the kind of room we needed.

Cons: Construction was in progress and of course that was not mentioned in the booking information.

Pros: Location is perfect. Freeway exit one block away. Only a few minutes from downtown. Staff was great, very friendly. Room was newly renovated,and hallways were being renovated while I was there. Restaurant across parking lot. Value for price,excellent!

Cons: They were carpet cleaning at 8am with a powder shampoo-for being pet friendly they could have at least waited until we had checked out

Pros: Comfortable beds, hot shower, nice wallpaper of the north shore

Cons: Ridiculous price for what the room was. Staff disappears for extended periods of time. The hottub was disgusting with green cloudy water so bad that we didn’t even consider using the sauna either. The staff were almost annoyed that people were staying in the hotel. The only time they were really pleasant was when we were leaving.

Pros: Newly remodeled, friendly and attentive staff, budget-friendly. Also, parking lot is convenient to entrance and well-lit.

Cons: A little farther from my son's place than I would've liked, but not a deciding factor because it wasn't bad, was close to all the places we vistited while there, and has easy on/off access to major thoroughfares.

Pros: It was not to far from the location we needed to be at on Saturday.

Cons: When you walked into the check in area it was not very well received. I really did not know if we would stay there or not at first. We did stay. We were placed in a room right off the Vending machines and washer and dryer for the guests. People were washing clothes until late at night and we could hear it through to our room. Not good for sleeping. The room smelled like someone had been smoking and it was supposed to be a NO SMOKING room. We were looking for a Queen bed and thought that is what we were getting. Well the bed seemed to be more of a full size. So we looked at the booking and found a little WORD Puzzle. It says Queen Room not Queen bed. Breakfast was OK. Coffee was good. Lots of road noise, when the gal at the front desk says that we would not hear the traffic as it is pretty quiet. Not true, but she also cannot judge the traffic noise.
