We had to check out early after being treated rudely by a woman who may have worked there with red hair. She threatened my granddaughter and I reported it to the front desk as we ckd out early to avoid another confrontation. My granddaughter and her friend were scared and I was very uncomfortable.

Pros (+) The guy who checked me in was friendly and personable. Also Maids were very friendly and helpful to guests when I witnessed interactions.
Cons (-) The rooms carpet wasn’t completely clean when I got there, left over debri from whoever was there before. Beds were crazy firm. I know the buildings older but I could hear most anything from Hallway to other rooms. Take what you will from the opinion.

Pros (+) The hotel was in close proximity to Canal Park and Downtown Duluth. It was clean and the staff were very nice. Our group had two rooms with two queen sized beds and the rooms were a good size. The rooms had small fridges which was really nice.
