Summary of reviews
Guests say
Overall, guests were highly dissatisfied with their stay at this hotel. The most common complaints were about poor service, with many guests reporting unhelpful or even aggressive staff, strict check-in policies, and lack of assistance in difficult situations. Cleanliness was another major issue, with numerous reviews mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and old or poorly maintained facilities. Parking was problematic, as guests found the advertised parking misleading or unavailable. Many also felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing hidden fees, uncomfortable beds, and misleading room descriptions. Only a few guests noted positive aspects such as location or retro style, but these were rare exceptions.AI-generated from customer reviews
