Facilities were beautiful. Excellent design throughout the place!

The club that is directly under the hotel. Music was blasting until 5am. They warned us of this on check-in and provided ear plugs but unfortunately they did not help.

I loved the people - very friendly

I was woken up both nights by noise from nightclubs. It would have been good to know in advance. The other thing was that the reading lamp was inadequate

Location is great and noise didn’t bother me as it’s a great hub and to be expected in this location. I was planning to enjoy the area for an anniversary but wife got called away on business so didn’t get out unfortunately

Due to work circumstance my wife got called away on urgent business in London on wed. We planned to use The Dean for our 11th anniversary and visit old haunts we used to go to when in Dublin before - booked a meal also in nearby restaurant. I called Dean about not cancelling but moving the date as was aware it was within 24hrs. After numerous calls they could not guarantee unless they sold the room. So even if didn’t stay I would be charged. As room could not be sold and as I was in Dublin I stayed but on my own and didn’t get to use the facility as I wanted. This was a shame and thought for a new hotel there would be better flexibility. Also knew I paid more for the room than normal but was aware this was because they were trying to sell rooms. Used the hotel but not for my original plan and unlikely to return due to the inflexibility. Great hotel and great ideas but not flexible and not helpful.
