Lovely room... location perfect for my needs this visit
Because hotel is near night club can be noisy Expensive for its star rating
The noise of the place was woeful. Would not recommend for sleep. It's an ideal party weekend hotel. that's about it! Beds were very comfortable.
The noise. The stained carpets. The smell. It's a nightclub hotel its exactly that.
The two Receptionists the night of stay and the evening after were brilliant, we had an issue with our booking and he changed a few bits around to help accommodate us, receptionist the evening after was very polite and helpful especially dealing with the luggage issue
Receptionist in the morning wasn't the greatest by any means, felt he was a little pushy and rude although did take our bags to be held for the day whilst we did a few bits he never gave us tokens or receipts of any kind and we nearly didn't get our bags back. We requested a late check out which was mentioned the night before, told us we didn't and that it was €10 for a late check out, no problem although no mention whatsover of this before hand.
Big comfortable bed
We’re not allowed into our room until 2 hours after check in. We were told we couldn’t use the bath for 2 hours as it was leaking. Carpet was wet. Toilet seat was broke and there were hairs on it. Couldn’t get showered before going to a concert because we were not allowed to use the bath. We were kept awake until 3 in the morning by the sport bar next door. Couldn’t open a windows as it faced until a wall. Were woken up by drilling in the hotel at after 9 in the morning. We spoke to desk staff in the money, wasn’t surprised as others had complained and he stated he couldn’t do anything about it and if we wanted we could email.
My room was very small at a premium rate, no bath. Also I was phoned at 12.04 to remind me of checkout, followed by heavy knocking on my door at 12.06. A bit over the top and unwelcoming.
