very friendly staff and most helpful. Big, quiet and clean rom. Would recommend.
3 adults and we had one room with three single beds, this saved us money not having to book two rooms and we had plenty of room
Within walking distance of the shopping centre
We had to leave early to catch the ferry and were informed a continental breakfast would be left. This consisted of 1 over ripe banana [between the 2 of us], 2 apples, cereals and orange juice. I expected some sliced meats, yoghurt, bread and butter in addition to the juice and cereals. We did not expect any coffee or anything hot. We were disappointed with this especially as it replaced a paid for cooked breakfast. Being as it must be common practice for people at this hotel to catch the early ferry I was surprised and disappointed with the breakfast.
Friendly and helpful owners and staff. Comfortable room. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast. Loveley view of the sea and bay. Convenient for the town and transport around the island.
We like hotels that are not too noisy and close to amenities, and this Hotel was just that. Rooms very good as we ended up with one bigger than we had booked and sea views were brilliant. Couldnt have asked for a better room. Proprietors lovely people, and we hope to go again next year.
Cannot think of anything we did not like, very enjoyable stay.
Friendly, accessable, ideal location for accessing the whole of the Island
I would prefer hotels to use Fair Trade products e.g tea and coffee
Ashtray in non smoking room, and bad smell of cagarettes.
Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and personable
Mattress was in need of attention
No off-street parking.
a very friendly hotel good food and rooms. i took my grandson to see his dad who works in the isle of man.there is no category in section 4 (were you travelling as).
