Cons: I was not informed at the time of reservation that the company requires a credit card, which I do not have. I paid $35 at the time of booking and was no able to recoup that money, could t rent the car and was stranded at the airport!

Never got my receipt at pick-up
Pros: Easy pick-up, nice staff
Cons: I was offered a printed receipt or an emailed one and chose the emailed version. But I never got it. They do have my email though because that's how I got a link to this survey. So... you tell me?

Bad deal
Pros: Picked up car and representative did not offer EZPass option. I drove through a toll and the EZPass did not register. I called Dollar and the representative suggested I take unlimited tolls when I returned the car. I continued to use the EZPass. When I returned the car Dollar charged me $12.00 per day for four days. I wound up paying $48.00 for about $15.00 in tolls. To add insult to injury the car was pretty dirty and smelled like an ashtray. Bad service, bad advice - terrible deal. Avoid them!!

Pros: Everything was great except for return of the car.
Cons: It was difficult to return the car in Boston as there are no clear signs or person who would assist you with a return process. I was returning a car at 9 pm on Sat evening and indicated that in my rental agreement, but had no clear instruction for the return. Thanks.

Pros: Easy access by just walking across the street and down a ramp from the baggage claim. Good car at a reasonable price.
Cons: The return seemed a bit less organized than other airports in that you have to drive through regular airport parkers.

Pros: I liked the choice of cars. I picked a Toyota Corolla. The price was great.
Cons: The car wasn't that clean on the inside. There were stains on the front and back seats. There were also a lot of nicks, scratches and small dents around the car. I spoke to the representative about the damage and he simply told me not to worry about it. That it was already noted. I was concerned they hadn't noted everything. Dropping off the car was a bit confusing. There was no one in the drop off area. You had to go inside and wait in line to speak to an agent.
