Pros: I love that it is an old train station! Gives it extra personality. The check in staff was fantastic.
Cons: The hallways outside of the room are a little oil lit.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It is a delightfully renovated, classic old train station. A Unique Hotel.
Cons: No
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms had plenty of space, but the decor of the hotel is what we like most. Everyone was super friendly and made us feel at home. That is extremely rare these days. We especially liked the staff at the cafe and enjoyed spending time at Trax too.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: I like trains. I was happy.Beautiful vestibule. Definitely a cool historic place, if you do not mind the occasional freight train. Rooms are nice, but kind of run of the mill. The rest of it makes up for it.
Cons: Gave us a hard time for not being 21 (19&20). Kind of frustrating, as I had called and asked if it was okay, then received wrong information. I will say they allowed us to stay which was very much appreciated. Clarity between back office and front of house policy would be appreciated.
7,0 Good
Pros: This is a beautiful property. For business travelers, everything that you need is right there. Formal restaurant, casual bar with terrific beer and food, breakfast cafe etc.
Cons: Just one thing really. When I turned on the water for my shower, the water had a brownish tint to it. I let it run for a couple mins and it was fine after that.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The bar in the hotel was really nice and had the sweetest bartender.
Cons: The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the paint was pealing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The proximity to the city - restaurants/museums
Cons: The showers are SKINNY. I was fine but my husband was claustrophobic. You need better containers for hair conditioner.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful facility and very gracious and helpful staff.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: That way it was an old train station.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Pretty view of mountains, easy access off highway, free hot breakfast, pool open until midnight and friendly staff all were huge pluses. they had a nice pack and play for our baby to use on our two nights staying which was very nice.
Cons: First night room was super comfy & pack & play was already there waiting for us (traveling with 5 month old), but on return visit bed in pur room was too worn and soft and we had to ask for pack & play 3 times. (Called ahead &front desk asked twice)
5,0 Okay
Pros: I like the breakfast and hotel surroundings
Cons: The room given was handicap people's room and its have only bed we asked two queen of full beds and very conjugated,
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The employees at the Hampton at Montage Mountain couldn't have been nicer to us. All very pleasant and helpful, from letting my husband keep his bicycle in a safe place to giving us directions to Scranton the following morning.
Cons: My ONLY complaint is minor. The website booking described our room as having a view of the mountains -- only true if you leaned into the window and looked left past the car port directly in front of us.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the friendliness of the staff. The pool area was great for the kids. The beds were comfortable Nd the location to ski was perfect.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful. Breakfast exceeded expectation. People were friendly.
Cons: Hard place to find entrance even with gps. When you reach top of hill, bare right otherwise if you go straight, you wind up again on freeway.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very comfy to sleep in and we definitely would come back here again. Overall the stay was pleasing.
Cons: Nothing was bad at the hotel.
4,0 Okay
Cons: I paid for a deluxe king room and received a room with 2full beds. The hotel said it was booking.coms error and there are no rooms available to change the room. I have a family of 5 and we barely for on the beds. My youngest is 2 and it is completely unsafe for him to sleep so high up, which is why I selected a room with a pull out couch.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Bathroom floor was unclean with hair all around toilet and under sink which made us question the cleanliness of the entire room. Upsetting for a branch of the Hilton Family!

9,0 Excellent
Pros: When I let them know the tub was not draining they gave me a voucher for a free breakfast
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Check in was simple, staff was extremely friendly. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was cozy. We came for The Office, as we are big fans, so having a view of Gerrity's was a funny but happy treat. We really loved our stay and plan on coming back for a future visit with our kids. Bonus for us!- when we were checking out we noticed they provided a crib for another room. We have a baby on the way, and that really sold us on returning sometime after the baby is born. What a wonderful accommodation!
Cons: Literally our only gripe is that we wish the room had a microwave. Everything else was fantastic.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were welcoming. lights in my room would not come on during check in, a housekeeper troubleshooted this issue immediately. Not far from snow tubing or electric city aquarium.
Cons: The “free WiFi” was not good at all. My bf did wake up with slight back pain unsure if it’s unrelated.
1,0 Poor
Pros: You could walk a couple of different places to eat.
Cons: This Hotel was the absolute worst Four Points I've ever been to. The first room they gave me had lights that didn't work and a toilet already clogged with soiled toilet paper, then the remote control didn't work. Changed rooms, just as bad. Stay away!
1,0 Poor
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Not as described. There is no way this is a 3 star hotel. It was seedy, extremely dated, dark, and just very unpleasant. I was so uncomfortable I left and checked into a more expensive hotel. Ugh.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location.
Cons: No enforcement of curfew -- people talking loudly and running in the hallway at 1 a.m.
6,0 Good
Pros: I liked the food at the restaurant! I liked the room overall. Those were the exceptions to the property though.
Cons: I didn’t like a lot. The phone in the room didn’t work. Front desk just could not accommodate basic needs..that part was a nightmare. I wanted to have my room refreshed, new sheets, towels, etc., when I left out around 2/3 pm and the front desk told me that housekeeping was no longer working or at the hotel. I’ve never heard of not one housekeeping staff being at the property. The front desk also told me that room service was not possible at 8pm on a Saturday...when it clearly said to dial room service on the phone on the menu in the room. I ended up having to call on my cell phone, down to the front desk to figure out that I had to come down to order my food. This was because my room phone would not dial down to the front desk, or anybody! And no once did the staff ask to have someone come up and fix the phone.
7,0 Good
Cons: We were greeted by a sick hostess in bathrobe and pijamas. Not very reassuring during the Corona Virus outbreak. She looked feverish and was handling my credit card as well as all my paperwork.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room, comfortable beds, nice pillows, great shower - water pressure, quiet room, etc.
Cons: Nothing
7,1 Good
Pros: The design.
Cons: The bathroom was not the best and the front desk people we terrible. I purchased the room with breakfast included and the man refused to give me the voucher.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic staff. Very good people in the cafeteria.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Quick check in
Cons: No

Pros: Low cost for a last minute reservation relative to surged prices of other hotels. Reasonable distance to highways, which made it a good place to stay for one overnight for a wedding.
Cons: Dated and low quality. Room cleanliness was below average, common spaces were filthy. Lose the bar in the basement, attracted strange behavior (men sitting on ground in hallway). Chain lock was broken out of the door, like someone broke in. Creepy.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Overall it was a very nice location and stay. 1 sour apple ruined this vacation.
Cons: Child was almost crushed in elevator door because of housekeeper. Had to force door open to prevent injury. He looks and laughs about it. Great restraint not to cause a scene with kids around. Management defends housekeeper. He's usually good they said!

Pros: The restaurant.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice... They had a dance competition going on that was very good!!!
Cons: I woke up early in the morning and I ran out to have a cigarette and someone that works at the place said I had to leave or they will call the cops.. I was in the smoking area... I was keeping to myself I told them I'm staying here they said no your not get out of here.. I walked away to avoid confrontation because my anxiety was going crazy at that moment and I walked around the block and walked back in and quickly got to the elevator and went upstairs to my room... I figured because I just got out of bed and it was early a.m. hours they were trying to keep riff Raff away mabe I looked a certain way that they didn't like but I didn't go out after that.... I didn't sleep after that .. but the property was nice mabe certain staff should be trained to not judge a book by its cover especially when I just got out of bed to have a quick smoke... But I did see alot of drinks around mabe he included me with them when I wasn't... I didn't even talk to them people.. the guy was doing his job I don't blame him but I did say I'm staying here and he didn't want to hear it so I deescalated the situation by taking a walk and snuck back to my room... I figured that guy had alot to deal with if he really knew me mabe it would've gone different... Or if mabe I had my nice cloths on and my hair did it would have been different but I was just having a late night smoke.. I'm not taking it personally... But that was my stay at the Hilton in Scranton

Cons: You can't walk to anything, so you are kind of just stuck there in bad weather.

Pros: 1. Double shower curtains. I have found this a positive trend in other chains; having one in the tub and one outside of the tub, insulates well in addition to diminishing extra water from finding the floor and becoming a slipping hazard. 2. A non-slip floor on the tub. Do everything you can to make the space as safe as possible. I recently booked a room with a Jacuzzi in a competitor’s hotel. My wife who is short had a very difficult time staying above water. The basin was completely slick. As a result, I appreciate the thought going into design at the Courtyard. 3. The bathroom has a fan. While all bathrooms must be vented, many have a passive system. And despite the noise, the room was insulated well enough that the sound wasn’t particularly noticeable in the bedroom area. 4. The sink is outside of the bathroom. I’ve gone back and forth on this; there are occasions, when being able to wash one’s hands while someone is occupying the bathroom is very convenient. I have decided that I favor this design. 5. The TV is on a pivoting wall mount. This allows a better viewing angle when seated in the chair or resting in the far bed. In other facilities, I’ve wondered why my view is restricted to straight ahead. This one definitely gets a thank you! 6. Outlets, outlets, and more outlets. I counted 18 visible outlets. In most hotels, you have to call out a search party to find more than four. These are very convenient, being distributed around the room and adjacent to wherever you tend to work or rest. This is extremely well done! There were also three USB charging ports in three locations. Thank you for being a part of this century. Other companies need to take notice. 7. There are two mirrors in the bedroom area. One is full length and the other is a midsize version behind the night stand. Not that I have much to look at, but the convenience is appreciated. 8. There are cans designated for trash and recycling. Based on current news stories and localities giving up on such
Cons: 1. The latch on the balcony door was a little sluggish. It actually looked like someone had tried to jimmy it. While having a place to get some fresh air is very nice, there’s not much of a view in the back of the hotel. Perhaps from the third floor, but nothing of interest from the obstructing tree line of the second floor. 2. Housekeeping missed the lingering beer can the previous guest must have left on the outside balcony. 3. The toilet kept running. It was hard to imagine that housekeeping didn’t recognize the problem when they last cleaned the room. I’m hoping they cleaned and flushed the toilet. It tuned out the water line hose had come off and the seat in the tank didn’t fully nest in the hole at the base of the tank. I reconnected the hose and slightly bent the handle bar down. Problem corrected. 4. There is a traditional shower bar by the faucet side of the tub. I never get into the shower from that side. I do exit there on occasion. This may be more of a habit that is dependent upon the setup at one’s home. Ideally, there should be one on both ends of the tub as a quick grab can come at either end. In that other facility, the bar on the Jacuzzi was on the end from which it was impossible to enter the tub. To make matters worse, when trying to exit the Jacuzzi, my wife slipped and hit her head on the under sink shelf. Despite the front desk saying they would report that to the General Manager, I never heard from them. That was not this hotel or another Courtyard. That’s a different property chain and obviously one that will not get a revisit. Safety needs to be overly attended to. 5. You need at least two levels of soap shelves in the tub to accommodate people of different heights and those taking showers as opposed to baths. 6. I don’t know who uses the room coffeemakers, but these can go, as far as I’m concerned. There are a few issues here. Thankfully this coffee maker wasn’t in the bathroom like some properties. When I was in high school, we did an ex

Pros: Great value and updated facility
Cons: Lots of trash in the bushes surrounding the parking lot gave it an initial appearance of a lower quality property. Sending two laborers out there for 1/2 day would be well invested.

Pros: nice people. open breakfast at 6am as we had to leave by 7am. rooms were comfortable but not fancy.
Cons: I didn't like that they charged me $10/day to park in their pothole filled open parking lot. I didnt notice that it was mentioned in the fine print below in the booking info, but not included in the original bill, so I cant complain, but it was completely hidden otherwise and basically became a $10 surcharge on the room. No one is coming to that hotel without a car, so they should just include it in the price or leave it out.

Cons: After traveling for 14 hours on the road, we came up to this Hotel with pot holes in the parking lot, cracked and broken side walks. We entered the lobby with dogs barking. The room was small and not cleaned, the toilet was really dirty. Most of the outlets did not work and the bed squeaked when you moved. We were awaken at 4 AM with the company next door that was hammering so hard that it actually shook the building. At breakfast we had to ask for things to be brought out. Overall, this hotel was a dump!
