4,0 Okay
Pros: It was close to the beach, and was close to many restaurants.
Cons: I had heard so many great things about Bellmoor Inn from friends, so I was really surprised when we had the opposite experience -- particularly since we were paying so much. When we arrived, the management was really rude. We walked in with our 3 year old son, and it seemed like they weren't too keen on having children at the hotel. I had booked a room for 2 people, and had asked for a cot or rollaway bed for our son. They were incredibly rude and mentioned at least 3-4 times that it's not their policy to provide these things, and that we'd need another room. The manager specifically said they didn't have anything and that we'd have to make it work (which was fine). He also mentioned that the garden rooms were for people without kids so that the other guests wouldn't be disturbed by kids waking up in the "middle of the night and crying." Needless to say, we felt incredibly unwelcome. Also, the management at the spa was rude. I went in for a massage, and the lady did not welcome me in, or offer me anything. For the amount that we paid, I wouldn't have expected this. The room was fine -- nothing over the top. On our second day here, we noticed ants all over the bathroom area!! We ended up closing up all of our toiletry bags, and I used the washcloths to wipe away all the ants I could see. A few hours later when I returned from the beach, they were back! I did the same thing -- wipe down the counters. However, I'm surprised that the cleaning crew didn't see them or try to clean that area? My recommendation -- do not stay here.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Loved the room and attention to detail, it really felt so clean and the breakfast was absolutely INCREDIBLE!! Totally recommend staying here for a romantic getaway with your significant other.
Cons: Pretty strict on number of guests and significant fee if there is a cancellation.

9,7 Excellent
Pros: Good quality beds and pillows, the pool, the location only two blocks from the beach, friendly staff, free parking, fridge and microwave. We had a great stay in Rehoboth Beach
9,7 Excellent
Pros: This was the cleanest motel I've stayed in by far!

9,7 Excellent
Pros: The staff was welcoming and cheery. Very hospitable offering parkjng and bathroom facilities before checkin and after checkout.
9,7 Excellent

5,6 Okay
Pros: Clean, nicely kept place. I've stayed in a lot of motels over the years and this isn't bad at all. Non smoking rooms means no old smoke smells. Bed was firm yet soft so I slept well. The woman in the office was friendly. Convenient location.
Cons: Parking is a bit tight but they do have a side parking lot as well as the one in front. Room had a very slight musty/damp smel.

Pros: The room was a bit small but very clean and wonderful overall experience!
9,7 Excellent
Pros: We loved it here and have plans to come back next year. The hotel was gorgeous and spacious. I loved the key pad doors, I didn't have to stress about a key and it was one less thing to carry. The room was gorgeous I loved that we had wine glasses so nice to have a glass of wine while getting ready to go out. Our room led out to the deck so we had breakfast every morning outside. It was quite and nice and we had a great view. The hotel was about a mile from the beach so we walked everywhere. Would have loved it if it was a little closer but the walk wasn't bad and the trade off was a quiet place and a nice view. Breakfast was just the essentials but it's always nice to know coffee is waiting for you. The staff was great and accommodating and we really loved that we got to take a bike ride the morning of checkout. It was the extra bonus that topped off our trip
9,1 Excellent

Pros: Location was great, just a short walk to the beach. They provide chairs and umbrellas which is very convenient. Close to restaurants, etc.
Cons: The rooms have VERY thin walls! The room itself was clean, spacious, and recently renovated but we could hear every word of the people on either side of us. It was awkward, but fine for a night. I just wouldn't want to spend too much time like that.

9,7 Excellent
Pros: The entire hotel has been updated recently and it's in the perfect location so that you can park your car in the free on-site garage and simply walk everywhere else you want to go in the area!
Cons: Traffic getting there was trying, but that is in no part the fault of the hotel!
6,0 Good
Cons: You had to walk 3 blocks for breakfast, front counter was not helpful, pay for parking.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: The best parts were free off-street parking, excellent location within walking distance to the main strip and beach/boardwalk, and a great breakfast included at a neighboring hotel. Having a pool was also very nice. Staff was great and very friendly. If you're coming to Rehoboth to enjoy the beach and shops/restaurants, this is a great place to stay. Don't stay here if you're looking for a hotel that has all the amenities that you can live in luxury for your whole trip.
Cons: The beds were not the newest but not altogether uncomfortable. The biggest con was the shower - the water temperature fluctuated constantly and became scalding.
2,0 Mediocre
Cons: I did not like the fact that I gave ample notice to cancel our reservations due to my daughter being admitted to the hospital. I did not get my full refund. Very disappointing! I will never book from this ever again and I am going to share this experience with friends and family. My name is Damita Carl I was to check in on August 24 for the week.

Pros: Bein central to the strip was great and walking everywhere was really easy
Cons: Bathroom was dirty and the bad were not very comfortable

6,6 Good
Pros: It was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: We were not informed that there were not only no hairdryers in the room but none to borrow from the front desk either. Come on guys it's the beach. Some shampoo and cream rinse would have been nice for $179.00 Had I known I would have gladly brought my own. It just never occurred to me that I would need to and I'm really not an inexperienced traveler. You guys really need to step it up in this department.

Pros: Usually has vacancies last minute
Cons: Previous room rented had musty smell.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Was perfect for last minute. Was a bit pricey for not being there much, but it was a Holiday weekend.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The check in / check out was fast and simple. Parking for the guest is a huge plus. Room were clean and maintained well.
Cons: Pool was very small, I know most people go to the beach for the beach but a nice dip in the pool if hard to beat for those of us that hate the sand. Beds are doubles which makes sleeping with another adult a little unpleasant. There is plenty of room to but two queens in these rooms. Bathroom lacked any ventilation, so one shower made it a hot mess for the others.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were really nice room was clean walking distance from the board walk.

Pros: Great location
Cons: Nothing

4,2 Okay
Pros: Pool, patio and good view!
Cons: It’s like a building you would rent for a prom needs updating.. best part was pool and patio and location is excellent. Outside of that the building needs work and staff needs to do better. I was out to dinner and I get a call that my card on my dash wasn’t there and I might be towed when I was in there private parking lot. Long story short the card was on the dash and whoever was checking cars didn’t do a good enough job and disrupted my dinner with family and friends. We had over 20 reservations in this facility for a baseball tournament and should’ve been accommodated better. Sands across the street is nicer if u wanna spend a few hundred more. Everything is so close so if a decent view isn’t as important then stay somewhere else.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Close to beach. Reasonable price. No extras. No kitchen or eating area if you have little ones and don't want to eat every meal out. Great if you are planning on spending most of your time on beach, boardwalk or restaurants.
Cons: If it rains, you are stuck with just your room (bed and bath). No lobby to speak of.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to beach, Boardwalk and shops.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It's closeness to the beach, and it's convenience to downtown. We walked to the restaurants we frequented.
Cons: The water pressure in the shower was low due to the use of a water restrictor in the shower head was the only real negative. The water pressure in the sink, and if you wanted to take a bath, was fine.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved that we were right on the boardwalk with quick beach access without having the hassle of moving our car the whole trip. The option of the indoor pool was great and the paintings on the wall gave the pool a real under the sea vibe! Really great space that was clean and orderly. The beds were very comfortable and my husband who has back pains didn't complain once! Nice size shower too!
Cons: The price was very expensive for the week we picked, and we would've loved to have had a Continental breakfast included or something special added into the cost. For the additional money we paid, we really couldn't justify what exactly we were getting that we couldn't of gotten at a motel with ocean view. We also had a slight issue with our room having not been made one day, and there was discussion amongst the staff if our sheets were changed since we've been there; it couldn't be confirmed if they were or weren't. That was a little unnerving, but wouldn't prevent me from visiting again.

6,5 Good
Pros: Bed and pillows were very nice
Cons: No food. Had to go to end of long hall to get something from vending machine.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: On the boardwalk
Cons: Needs some updating
9,3 Excellent
Pros: You can't bet the location of this hotel. It really was perfect! Room was more spacious than I thought it'd be. Employees were nice and helpful. We can't wait to go back!
Cons: Nothing really important, Wish there was more room in the bathroom and that the pool was heated. Not having these though didn't make the stay bad or inconvenient though just would have been a bonus.
6,5 Good
Cons: The refrigerator was on but did not cool . the closet has no door or covering so room & bed had view of closet & ironing board the balcony door did not have screen door so leaving it open allowed bugs to fly in
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is right on the boardwalk with wonderful ocean view.
Cons: Didn't care for having to pay for coffee in the morning in the coffeeshop.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly, kind, and professional. They smiled when you came in, made you feel welcome, and were always available. The hotel felt secure with security and someone at the desk overnight. I did not have a lot of luggage but I always saw bell men who were very friendly and on top of helping families with a lot of luggage.
Cons: Our AC was broken but they were happy to fix it. We paid close to $600 for 2 nights. Part of that was due to the holiday weekend, but for that price I think the AC should have been working from the start, and our ocean view which we paid extra for was ground level in front of a fence for the pool. We would open the slider and have tons of kids yelling and lots of random kids coming by the small patio to retrieve diving sticks, a frisbee, or a ball. They did not include conditioner for your hair, it was one of those terrible two in ones. I know personally having beach hair and salt in it, a real conditioner helps. The WIFI is terrible and we could not watch Netflix in the evenings. My phone also had to run on its own data.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Right on the beach, friendly and responsive staff, very clean.
Cons: WIFI was TERRIBLE (could access email only for the most part; so slow that it wasn't really possible to view most web sites; often unable to find/maintain connection (once at 3:30am it took 15 minutes to log on)); a bit dated and worn; our balcony was technically "private" but wedged in a corner very close to two other units' balconies so there was not necessarily a lot of actual privacy (but maybe that's what you get when you get discount/Internet rate); refrigerator temperature knob was missing so when everything in fridge froze we had to have someone from maintenance come with plyers to adjust it (on the plus side, he came immediately).

Cons: breakfast was all sugar, no eggs or yogurt or fresh fruit. door lock- was hard to open and hard to lock. I mentioned this and was told "they just opened" and that's why.... thought we were getting a room that faced the ocean and it didn't. Entire building needs some updating Parking had tight spaces

Pros: Great location, very pleasant staff.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Room small, but all up to date. Clean, not noise, was right next to office. Front desk woman, was excellent, very friendly and welcoming...
Cons: Needed a table in the room and maybe a place to hang things..
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Clean and basic - easy for our one night stay before running a 5K in the area. The woman who checked us in was extremely nice, and it was very easy to find.
Cons: We were in a room on the ground level with people above us. The people above us were traipsing back and forth and maybe even dancing - I can't imagine what else you could be doing that would necessitate that much walking back and forth and heavy footfall at that. And, of course, they were loud voices to go along with it. It would've been no issue at all if we hadn't been directly under these people. I think I'd request to have a standalone room or a room on the 2nd level if I went back.
