Pros (+) This was a great little spot in a good location, and priced nicely for something not on the water.
Cons (-) Lots of the offered amenities weren't available because it was September, which was a bummer. We didn't know about that until we got there, as it's not indicated on the website.

Pros (+) The best parts were free off-street parking, excellent location within walking distance to the main strip and beach/boardwalk, and a great breakfast included at a neighboring hotel. Having a pool was also very nice. Staff was great and very friendly. If you're coming to Rehoboth to enjoy the beach and shops/restaurants, this is a great place to stay. Don't stay here if you're looking for a hotel t...
Cons (-) The beds were not the newest but not altogether uncomfortable. The biggest con was the shower - the water temperature fluctuated constantly and became scalding.

Pros (+) The entire hotel has been updated recently and it's in the perfect location so that you can park your car in the free on-site garage and simply walk everywhere else you want to go in the area!
Cons (-) Traffic getting there was trying, but that is in no part the fault of the hotel!
