Cons (-) The Owen House needs a major renovation. Antique is authentic should not mean old and unmaintained. Too pricey for what it is.

Pros (+) We loved being able to walk to the DIA and being centrally located in the city. The historic character of the houses was fantastic.

Pros (+) The detail, original structure of homes...All the staff were great.The inn provides a shuttle around the immediate area
Cons (-) No elevator....ask for lower level room if you have trouble with stairs.

Pros (+) The Inn on Ferry Street is beautiful! Parking was easy and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Complementary cookies and water were a nice touch, as is the coffee that is available in the main house.
