Guests say
Guests frequently praised the friendliness of the staff and the overall value for money, especially for a budget hotel. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, bed bugs, and inadequate cleaning. Some guests also mentioned problems with room comfort, such as stuffy or smelly rooms, and additional charges for parking. Despite these drawbacks, many found the hotel met basic needs for a short stay and highlighted the convenient location.
