Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's vintage decor, charming atmosphere, and comfortable beds, with several mentioning the convenient location and helpful staff. However, many reviews raised serious concerns about safety due to the surrounding area's high homeless population and related activity. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with some rooms described as dirty or poorly maintained. While some guests enjoyed the unique ambiance, others were disturbed by noise and felt unsafe, especially at night. Parking and access issues were also noted. Overall, the hotel offers character and comfort for some, but significant safety and cleanliness concerns were reported.
