The AC in our first room AND second room that they moved us to both insufficient. The destination fee we were told could be offset by spending $27 on food & beverages. This is not the case at all. They bill you the $27 destination fee and they credit it right back but when you spend the $27 F&B you pay that. Bait & switch, will DEF not be back. Pros (+) Associate who offered us $75 credit because they didn’t have our city view room available we paid for
Cons (-) CHARGING ME AN EXTRA $150 I NEVER AGREED TO. You gave me $75 in hotel credit from my paid for room being unavailable but then charged my card an extra $150… unreal. We stayed because our apartments central air was out of service just to wake up in the middle of the night sweating from the AC being sub par at best. Never staying there again

Pros (+) Reached out before we left, asking to see if there was anything we could do for my girlfriends birthday before we got there, like a bottle of champagne in the room. They got back to me and said they could do that as well as a cake, they even left a trail of rose buds in the room as well. She loved it! The room and whole hotel was very clean, and very nice employees.
