Pros (+) location is closest to downtown. and next door to all of little things you need by foot. (gas, bar, liquor, green, pizza, breakfast*diner*) and accessible to highway on your way out in any directions.
Cons (-) if they know how to keep bathrooms cleaner than yesterday. shower heads are nasty.... I had to use vinegar and dawn dishwasher soap to soak it for 15 minutes before rinse it out to get better shower... ridiculous!! customer service(males) thought I am something else when I brought my husband with me, that isn't same race as I am. however, I love female customer services. Cons (-) Room hadn't been cleaned. Dirty tub, wrinkly blanket and sheets. A square of tissue paper and reeked of smoke...
Cons (-) Had issues with accessing the original room multiple times. Once I finally got assigned a second room, it was very poorly cleaned (if at all). I also had the fortunate pleasure of finding someone's dirty sock during my one night (originally scheduled for two) stay.
Cons (-) Our room was smoke-free but it smelled strongly of cigarettes.
Pros (+) Front desk person ( Manuel) was helpful in letting us out of our 2 night reservation without arguing. That was one saving grace - he understood our frustration and didn't make it more difficult than it should have been.
Cons (-) Overall filthy hotel. Rooms smelled like smoke or chemical cleaners ( to mask the bad smell). Rooms claim to be two doubles ( therefore occupancy of 4) however the beds are more singles than doubles. We left and went to a Marriot and paid more just to get out of there.

Cons (-) Room hadn't been cleaned. Was then given room different than my reservation. Super small bed (had reserved a king) then had maybe 15 TV channels on dinky screen.
