Pros: Breakfast was great! Wonderful variety of fresh fruit, cheeses and breads. The eggs and bacon were delicious! Great coffee!

Cons: Location was in center of Bergamo Bassa and difficult to locate if you’re driving a car.

Pros: We had the perfect stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The hotel is immaculate and the wonderfully stylish. The breakfast was of an incredibly high standard with a broad selection to choose from. We cannot fault a thing and could not recommend it more highly. The location is ideal, we could walk to everything we wanted to see and the taxi to the airport is just over ten minutes. Thank you so much.

Pros: The room was one of the most beautiful we've stayed in. The breakfast was quite exceptional. The warm welcome and great advice also really appreciated. The hotel is very nicely decorated and furbished with elegant design pieces and artworks. Truly extraordinary and splendid!

Pros: This is going to sound like an advertisement, but: Bergamo and La Casa di Campagne and its environs are a perfect set of conditions, according to many other tourists besides me, perfect for all demographics but wonderfully perfect for the budget-minded who still want luxury, kind hosts, and the serenity of silent public paths in forested hills, while still within walking distance of the medieval/Renaissance walled city of Bergamo. There's a bus "1C" that passes from the airport, through the old city to its route's end at Colle Aperto, the walled city's "back gate", then a beautiful walk in the Italian hills to the BnB, or arrange with them for a pick-up. The quality of being near _and_ remote, it's quiet, clean and charmingly renovated, nestled in 43,000 hectares of forested public park, fresh air, with the same famous water of San Pellegrino, which is nearby .... Bergamo is already an auspicious destination because of the promotional air fares (for example, 11 euros from Bordeaux to Bergamo with minimal baggage, which I found easily with Google Flights). Among the museums, Carrara (classic) and GAMeC ("pop"), there is Botticelli, Raphael, D.Ferrari, G.Ferrari, Bergognone, Tallone and Kandinsky.  The other thing about La C.deC. is the proprietors there. They are the best examples of grace and kindness, in a country known for these things. I saw in Trip Advisor a few months ago how much they love Miriam and Laura and it's true.   In my case, I found the BnB looking for the lowest price place to sleep, and to escape the attractions and tourists ... but the city walls, the cobbled streets, Piazza Duomo and the ceilings of cathedral Santa Catarina Maggiore and the the art of the Carrara GAMeC were too much to resist, and I was able to visit these by bus, then return to the fresh air of the surrounding hills, where only a church bell marks the serenely passing hours.

Cons: There just isn't anything to complain about.

Just a nice 30minutes walk. And I really can recommand the breakfast in the Morning..perfect start in the day wish fresh coffee! Thanks again.:)

Pros: You might not find a better located accommodation in Bergamo. Located just 100+ footsteps from Piazza Vecchia, it is located straight in the epicenter of city life, however not violating your privacy and silence. The design of this hotel deserves a special mention, it's just incredible. Once checking out we felt disappointed that we had only 2 nights in this amazing place, since everything was just amazing: very stylish room with 2 floors, professional stuff and good breakfast.

Pros: Great location... A little difficult to reach due to traffic restrictions. Our room was very spacious and more than comfortable for 3 people.

Cons: My only issue, a very minor, is that it is so hot in the room at night. We slept with the window open (in January and it was -2). The contents of my suitcase were hot !!! But, opening the window did the trick.

Pros: Excellent option if you want a comfortable accommodation close to the airport. Rooms and bathroom are big, free parking, very nice staff, on a whole, a very good value for money

Cons: Very noisy at night and quite cold in the morning (January) perhaps due to big windows.

Cons: The property seems a bit run down and there were loud noises from the hall because a lot of young people were there. But they went away at around 22 p.m.

Cons: Would be a big advantage to keep a place for making tea/ coffee open 24 h. I had to leave hostel around 6 a.m. and wanted to prepare myself coffee ( I needed only hot water for that ) but "kitchen" was closed.

Pros: Everything was great! Rooms are very comfortable and both rooms and bathrooms are very clean.Hostel is very conveniently located-you can walk both to Citta Alta and Citta Bassa. Staff is very helpful and always ready to answer your questions. Every time to visit Bergamo I stay at this hostel. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Pros: All the staff were extremely friendly especially the reception desk staff and the resturant staff too. My Italian is very basic so I appreciated the fact that the staff, especially the reception staff, spoke perfect English. This is how all hotels should be run so credit should given to the management for stafc training etc.

Cons: I tried to order room service by dialing 0 when it was in fact 9 so a small notice in the room would have been nice and the same for the Spa prices which if we had realised was only 20 Euros for guests, we would have utilised earlier in our stay.

Pros: The room was nicely decorated. Kettle and small tv screen were in the room, with a refillable bottle of water on a daily basis, teas. The room was on the 1st floor. A terrace was available to guests with tables and chairs, nice :) For breakfast a bit limited choice of savoury dishes, good choice of sweets, cakes. Boiled /scrambled eggs were offered not every day tough. Overall positive.

Cons: The room wasn't ready on arrival. We were asked to wait whilst the room was being cleaned. The accommodation was good however there was a great deal of condensation overnight. There was no radiator in the room, there was one in the bathroom with an on/off switch. The very top of the bathroom tiles were dusty. The shower cabin was quite small. A bottle of wine, for ten euros, and a corkscrew I found unnecessary in the room. The bed was made on a daily basis. The sheets were tucked away to a point it was a bit tricky to get under the duvet. Got offered a special dinner, with local delicacies. Paid extra for it, 20Euros per person. There was another family who did the same, on the same evening as us. Sadly the owner wasnt there which could have made the experience better. Felt a bit disappointed. Wasn't really worth the money. At times it was loud, especially when there were conversations taking place in the hall/ no soundproofing.

Pros: Great place to stay in Bergamo, sparkling clean room and bathroom, good view from the living room, superfriendly staff, very good breakfast, and private paid parking near the building. Would definitely recommend this place!

Pros: Joy, the hostess, is superb. She is there nearly all the time, and she is very friendly and helpful without being imposing. This is not a place for parties, it is quiet and peaceful. I liked my room, especially my little balcony. There is a supermarket just across the road, a bar on the ground floor of the same building, a bus stop just a few steps away, but if you are a good walker you can easily walk to the Upper Town and to the center of the Lower Town. You can easily get to the tourist parts of Bergamo and get a feel of how the locals live. I kind of stumbled into a wedding in a church nearby, it was the highlight of the day.)

Cons: I saw a comment about cold water in the shower; sometimes you have to wait a few minutes, but hot water always comes in the end. There maybe some noise in the yard early in the morning, so if you are sensitive to noise bring earplugs.

Pros: We enjoyed the customer service and how staff were brilliant and accommodated our requests without hesitation. Room was spacious and very clean. Only less than 5 min walk to train and bus station.

Cons: The furniture is definitely outdated. Being staying at NH Berlin 2 weeks before, you could tell the difference between a nice and modern NH Berlin in comparison to this one. Wifi was very slow too. However, everything else was good and staff were very nice and welcoming
