Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore local attractions. The service was highlighted as friendly, attentive, and accommodating, with staff often going above and beyond to assist guests. Many enjoyed the breakfast, describing it as varied and delicious, and appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. Some guests also noted spacious rooms and charming colonial architecture. However, a few reviews mentioned issues with noise, outdated bathrooms, and occasional maintenance problems, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives.

Pros (+) Charming hotel in the heart of Cusco. Friendly and attentive staff. I would definitely book again.
Cons (-) While the rooms were sufficient, the floor boards creaked under foot showing off the age of the hotel. I didn’t mind this as it reminded me of an older home, but it would wake my friend when I got up at night.
