Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of on-site staff, virtual check-in process, and poor customer service, which left many feeling unsupported and frustrated. Cleanliness was another major concern, with multiple reports of dirty rooms, leftover items, and inadequate housekeeping. Room size and layout were also criticized for being cramped and poorly designed. However, some guests appreciated the hotel's convenient downtown location and found it to offer good value for the price, especially for budget-conscious travelers. A few guests also mentioned comfortable beds and secure parking as positives.
