Pros: the location is superb, 2 minutes walk to ski lift. And the staff is really nice. Water pressure is good which is quite important for us after 4+ hours ski each day.
Cons: the room's layout is not very practical especially with the narrow corridor, we can not proporly hang and dry our ski cloths (which are quite a lot of layers...) 2 people can not pass at the same time. sound proof is bad and because of the location, it is quite noisy at night.

Pros: Hotel is very cozy and stylish. Everything decorated to match the local architecture and the atmosphere of the ski resort. The room was finished in wood, very functional and with high quality furniture, modern bathroom. Minibar was also very welcomed. Beds were comfortable and it was a good place to sleep :) WiFi was working okay, it was easy to park in the garage nearby.

Cons: The room was small (we expected that) and at the top floor, so not so easy to climb up with luggage without elevator. Fridge/mini-bar and router would switch off randomly (like having no power) and we don't know why. Also once when we came back the heating in the bathroom was fully on and it was hot August day...no idea how it switched on :)

Pros: The staff couldn't be more prestative and nicer, the do the possoble and impossible to make you satisfied and smiling. That was the highlight of the stay, we really felt like home. Besides that point, the hotel was recently completely renewed, so all the rooms and main areas look beautifully decorated. The location is great, 1 min walking from great restaurants, 5 min walking from La Croisette. The hotel also offers a navette service to take you everywhere you want. The hotel is also ski in and out, with the facility of having the ski rental store and selling the tivket lifts inside the hotel, so you don't waste a minute to arrive in the mountain. Of course, all of that with the most friendly staff i've ever seen. Trully a hotel to be missed.

The staff was very attentive and anticipating our needs in an impressive way to help us make the most of our weekend! Everything was made easy ski in/out, getting ski lift passes at the reception, late checkout, advice on the resort's restaurants, shops, etc... The breakfast is also delicious with high quality buffet.

Cons: On having visited Courchevel for a number of years and a avid international traveller this hotel has to be the worst. How it gained a 5 star rating with poor ventilation in rooms and corridors, non existent toilet extract fans to the point you smelt sewers in the corridors,rooms with peeling paint, tv with no restricted access on adult services, dimly lit rooms where you could not see a thing, 10pm nightly cleaner asking if the room was clean while we were dozing off are a just a few things! The food was so expensive and so poorly cooked to the point even cardboard would have seasoning on a few occasions. Please be careful when booking this hotel it is very expensive and does not reflect value for money.

Cons: Staff service is poor, people not alert and attentive. Our experience has been very poor right from check-in, room was not ready, during dinner steward forgot to bring wine and in reply, she said the restaurant is very busy. Housekeeping doesn't update a room properly. Food is ok.

Cons: The carpets were stained and the bathroom was not clean. There were cracks in the bathroom facilities and the toilet was badly stained. Breakfast was very small. We had no idea what time we could check in as our booking form, website and hotel door had 3 different times on them. We were not informed that we would receive a 25% discount on ski hire at Sport 2000. Luckily they told us this when we were renting our equipment. Although there is a ski storage room it was very dark and difficult to reach when you are wearing your ski boots.

Pros: The gondola was right near the property to go down and up to town and is open until 7pm at night. There is also the private shuttle car which was very convenient to take you to the town. Breakfast delicious and the pool was lovely to relax in end of day. Ski room convenient and easy ski in and ski out. The children and I loved it.

Pros: The hotel location is very good and too close to the ski resort and also you can rent all things you need to ski from the shop in the hotel and the hotel concierge was very help full .

Pros: Breakfast was great, tasty food, good selection and even fresh orange and grapefruit juices were available. Location is great, as the hotel is located right on the slope. We had a very cute, newly renovated bedroom with a view on the mountains. Convenient shuttle bus and a friendly driver who gave us some tips.

Pros: Breakfast was great, tasty food, good selection and even fresh orange and grapefruit juices were available. Location is great, as the hotel is located right on the slope. Cons: There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom - not acceptable! The bathroom and the toilet room were very old (probably have not been renovated since 60s-70s), there wasn't a curtain in the bathroom, so the whole floor would naturally get flooded with water. The lobby bar also looked old and not cosy. Service was so-so, there was not a mini bar, cork screw, complimentary water or anything like that in the room when we arrived.

Cons: Ski lockers out dated. Less variety on breakfast. Walking from the hotel to the center of Courchevel 1850 around 20 to 25 minutes walk, cable car next to the hotel but it close at 7pm so you will need a taxi to take you back from the center to the hotel and will cost Euro 30/- for one way and just 5 minutes drive.

Cons: Service was very bad and late. They forgot our reservation at the restaurant for dinner so we had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Luckily they offered us free drinks at the bar until dinner
