Cons (-) cockroaches, screaming people, crying babies, loud parking lots, reception didn't get back to me. just no.
Cons (-) The room was supposed to be non smoking and it smelled so much like if it was a smoking room it was really bad. Staff wasn't too helpful. The AC did not work at all, and the phone didn't work either to call the front office. Television had very bad quality....overall very unsatisfied
Pros (+) I woke up to find cockroaches in the bathroom and crawling in the carpet. I killed one & took it to the front desk, but the young man did it seem to care. He was the night auditor. He just said "sorry about that". I find that unacceptable. I used to work for a major hotel and we would have never let that go.
Cons (-) The fact that there was a lack of caring about my peace of mind. I had to go through all my stuff before I left to make sure I would not be taking any home woth me.
Pros (+) One of the main reasons I booked the Vagabond is their advertised airport shuttle. When I arrived at SNA and called they told me they only drop off at the airport not pick up!!
