Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near attractions and shopping, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Many found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, with some highlighting spacious layouts and amenities. However, several guests reported uncomfortable beds, high parking fees, and issues with parking space size. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, though a few noted minor areas for improvement. Overall, the positive experiences with location, service, and cleanliness outweighed the negatives.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) The staff at hotel had not been contacted by Get-ARoom.com....had a ridiculous time checking in...the 2nd night we were locked out in the evening because the staff did not have us registered...took at least 30 minutes to get half way straighted out...actually, never was straightened out, but they finally let us in the room....I may not use KAYAK again!!!!!
