Didnt have breakfast, as it was an extra 10 euro
Room was so small, carpet horrible, walls quite grubby, could easily be pain ted, as its such a small space, no locker/table beside bed, could hardly fit in door to shower, as its so small, leak in shower door, so water went on floor, space in shower is quite ok. duvet very light, & no extra bedding provided
The parking is atrocious; there are six spaces two of which block the remaining four. All guests were woke at 7.30 one morning as a car was blocking somebody else in (by no fault of that guest). One evening I left my car at the b&b and walked to the city. The b&b called to say I was blocking in a tradesperson. I told the b&b that I was 20 minutes away and would come straight back. In the intervening 20 minutes the b&b called and text twice and also gave my mobile number to the tradesman who rang twice and text four times. When I got back to the b&b the tradesman was extremely rude. When leaving there was no one at reception to discuss this matter with. I contacted the b&b since but got no response. I think it is beyond unacceptable to disclose my personal phone number and as a solo traveller return to someone shouting at me.
Room was spacious and clean.
We stayed in room 4. There was a very strong smell of stagnant water coming from the shower room. Whenever another resident used their shower we had to put up with a very loud pipe knocking noise coming from our radiator pipes. This woke us up at about 1am and again at 6am on our first night stay. So we turned the radiator off which diminished the shower pipe banging noise but meant that we had no heating in our room. There is a small car park and if you can't get into it there is really no nearby parking easily available.
Location was perfect. Lovely friendly staff..cosy room Very helpful and clean
Shower/Toilet facilities were tiny..
Convenient for visiting the university. Breakfast was good.
Room was very small.
