The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.
The noise from the hall and other rooms was a little loud but that may be the case for most hotels.

The building exterior was beautiful.
Interior: Dirty walls. Dirty carpets. Dirty ice bucket. Paint chipping off the walls. Trash on floors in breakfast area. Small AND dirty pool. Cleaning crew lounging in lobby all day, looking just as dirty as this hotel was!
Convenient to restaurant's and interstate 20. Clean rooms. Helpful staff.

They didn't have any nonsmoking rooms. I was a little put off by that because I have a child with asthma. I wasn't told that I would be put in a smoking room when I made my reservation online.

Hotel was nowhere near full and we were given a 1st floor unit near the side entrance....a poor location most likely due to discount booking.
