Cons:, I call the location before 1 day to confirm everything was ok, they said we don’t have van. I was upset and had to book at last minute from other place and had yo pay 3 times more money. Very upset did not like the service from kayak.

Pros:No car went i went for pick up I was told In the terms and conditions a car is not guaranteed th actually be at that location. Would not give me a free upgrade even though I offered to bring it back the following day I had to means of transportation with my child being out of town and it was Avis I came on time for my pick up.
Cons:Take down cars you don’t actually have at the location and or have drivers willing to bring different time throughout the day OUR because things happen be willing to upgrade free of charge because it’s not the customers fault you guys run out of cars

Pros:Staff was OK. Pick up time was a little long since the same person was answering the phone and attending customers in the location.

Cons:I didn't like the fact that I couldn't use my particular type of debit card. You guys call it a prepaid card. But the card has a routing and checking account number. So if the card has money on it, why can't you accept it? Also why would you hold a deposit plus the amount of the rental? No need for a deposit if you are holding the price of the rental!! That makes no sense.
Pros:Small establishment. Located near my home.
Cons:Only 1 person working the register so there was a little wait.
Cons:They had more reservations than cars, so I didn't get a rental. On top of that, I still got charged $18 for insurance on a car I never got. Highly disappointed.

Pros:Nothing. I was not able to use my rental because when I got to the location I was informed that my rental was given away. Hertz company policy says that I have 24hrs from tome of paid rental to pick up my rental. I was an hour late, in which I called the office and company to inform them of my late pick up, which I was told I had 24 hrs to do. When I got to the location the staff were rude and told me they did not have to wait for my to pick up my rental, that I’d I was late they are able to give it away, as I am not the only person waiting for a car rental. The manager came in and said that they always over book their vehicles so someone is always waiting for a car. They did nothing to offer me another rental or upgrade. They only offered for me to call cooperate and ask for a refund! I am not used to such unprofessional and non courteous customer service. When I asked for the staffs names so that I can file a complaint, they said “what you want our birthdates and social security numbers as well?” And laughed. I will never rent from hertz or their conyers location ever again. They are vile and unprofessional at best!!!
Cons:Everything. Customer service was horrible, professionalism horrible, they made zero attempts to help the situation. They even told me they gladly gave away my rental because someone else needed it! While I was there someone else called in as I did and said they were going to be late to pick up their rental, so I said, “well why can’t I have their rental as I’m here and their not!” The manager was like no I’m waiting for them. So for whatever reason I was the double standard and they had no compassion or customer service to provide me alternatives even through my rental was already paid in full!
Cons:Everything was fine, they cleaned and sanitized the car, made sure there was social distancing, speedy but efficient checkout process.
Pros:Picked up vehicle. It had been heavily smoke in prior to my rental. Was it clean inside. Was told they are short staffed. Drove vehicle home and spent 30 min thoroughly cleaning it myself. The front passenger seat was soiled with Dryer coffee or some sort Of liquid.when dampened would soil pants. Strong smoke smell would not subside. I even purchased an air freshener. I returned the vehicle. I just asked for another but the same vehicle. They did upgrade me even though I didn’t ask for an upgrade. Waited another 35 Mindoro the new vehicle. Experience after all of this was fine
Pros:Nothing. I reserved my car and they told me they didn’t have any. I then called customer service. She informed me she reached out to the manager and they would call me. No one did. I never got a vehicle.

Cons:Arrived at the Hertz facility and hour or more early for a 12 noon pickup. The rental vehicle was 4 hours late (4:30pm). This delayed my travel!
