We arrived early for the pickup and our car was ready. The staff were very nice and they upgraded the car which was great for our two week trip. Overall, it was really easy and the larger car made up for the car not being clean.Cons:
The car was not very clean. I had to wash the inside of the windshield and remove some odd substance from the back seats. The interior on the back doors had some kind of sticky mess on them that took me a while to remove as well. On the exterior of the car there was a large sticker on the back window that was partially removed.10,0 Wonderful

Due to lost luggage, we missed our train and took a later one. Called as would arrive 15 minutes after closing. Told if I paid 54 euro, they would stay open for us. Got there and it was closed! Stranded at station at 11 at night. Called and was told there was no record of this discussion. Next day returned (friend was able to drive 30 min to pick us up over night thank god) for car and was told they already charged the extra fee! Said they tried to call me, there was no missed call. terrible customer service!!!10,0 Wonderful

Apres une tres mauvaise experience chez un concurrent, j'ai change de compagnie et Loic a tout de suite livre un excellent service. Poli, souriant, et professionel, il a rendu l'experience tres agreable. Il nous a meme surclasse sur une meilleure voiture, qui etait d'ailleurs de tres bonne qualite. Au retour, j'ai eu la chance de tomber sur Loic qui a une nouvelle fois ete au top. Augmentez le!Cons:
