Pros (+) Close to Texas Roadhouse, many other restaurants and the Concord Mills Mall.
Cons (-) Rooms updated. Very outdated in each room. Very dated fixtures and more. Cleanliness.

Pros (+) We had six couples come down for an overnight. For the price of our rooms, everything was really nice. Nice rooms, nice breakfast and a nice facility. Will definitely use again.
Cons (-) I didn’t see that there was a gym in the facility. I didn’t ask anyone but I’m pretty sure that there wAsnt. It would have been nice to have the gym.

Cons (-) Hospitality was poor. Air conditioning worked, but very damp in the room. Ok stay, but will look elsewhere for a similar price on my next trip.

Pros (+) Room was clean and furnished as expected.
Cons (-) We checked in at 4 p.m. and our original room wasn't clean yet. The staff gave us a suite instead. The folks on the other side of the room were fairly loud and the thin walls didn't help at all. We could hear every cough, sneeze, and closer door slam...at 6 a.m.!!! We had to take a nap as soon as we got home to make up for the lack of sleep at the hotel. Definitely not worth the $119.

Pros (+) Location was great, some carpet could use replacement, the room had numerous lights out. Rooms were clean and service was good. Breakfast was OK. Staff was friendly and accomodating.
