Pros (+) The hotel staff were all extremely accommodating and polite. We were placed into a regular king room instead of a suite as booked and were immediately switched to the proper room type. The suite was large and spacious. The hotel overall appeared to be recently renovated with the exception of a few spaces (see what we didn't like below). Breakfast was very good (and complimentary).
Cons (-) While most of our suite seemed to be new/recently renovated there were a few glaringly obviously places that were overlooked. The king sized bed in our suite was pretty well worn & extremely soft. My husband and I definitely felt like we were sinking towards the center.
