Pros: This hotel is amazing! Not only is it in a great location but the staff and facility is superb. We arrived at the hotel at 3:30pm and our rooms weren't ready. To make up for it we were upgraded to a suite. You can see the cathedral out of your bedroom window which is fantastic!
I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: the room I had was facing the internal courtyard and was light and airy. There was no back of house noise to prevent me having the french doors wide open all night. The staff were very friendly and the refresehments and meals generous and delicious. The location was great, 15 mins to the Kolnmesse, across the road from the shopping area and next door to the dom.

We were more than satisfied with the hotel, it's location, rooms and facilities with friendly staff and helpful concierge and reception. Excellent accommodation which we would recommend without hesitation. Breakfast was expensive but there was an impressive selection and a1 service - a great treat.

Pros: The location for me was great. There were about 750,000 people in Koln for a parade and the location was right on the parade route. They provided bowls, treats, and a nice carpet for my dogs. The concierge had great recommendations. Even the late checkout to allow my dogs to stay in the air conditioning during the late morning hours was handled very efficiently and with a great attitude.

Pros: The location was perfect for the town centre and although it appeared pretty basic from the outside we were very pleasantly surprised by the interior - both public spaces and our rooms. The breakfast buffet was super - probably the best we've had in recent city breaks across Europe.
