- Superfriendly welcome by the ladies at the reception - Renovated, modern and Young Cologne-like look & feel (the shower installation was spectacular!) - Fast check-in and check-out - Professional complaints handling - Convenient location
- Too many emails upfront for online check-in, upgrades and so on - Aweful mattress - I wasn't able to sleep properly (actually I slept on the floor) - A good breakfast should be a good start into the new day - not at this hotel as you're getting the feeling you're at a main train station at rush hour; partition walls to limit the noise of the numerous guests and carnival club would help a lot - Noisy target groups that stay at this hotel - also loud at night
