Parking was reserved (10€/night) and I could charge my EV car for free.
Uponarrival the sofa bed for our girl was not prepared, even though I specifically asked for it in a message. Due to Covid restrictions there was no breakfast buffet. We were offered the possibility of a breakfast basket, I had paid in advance so I was really disappointed to get 1 small sandwich with jam, cheese or salami, a bottle of water and a cereal bar for 16€ per person the next day.

It's literally in the heart of the city. Once you park your car in the garage, there's no need to drive it...everything is walking distance from this hotel. There's tons of shopping located within meters of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and so were the staff members. EXCELLENT HOTEL!
