Pros (+) The service personnel are friendly, professional and efficient. The food in the restaurant was delicious and bar service was top notch. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and linens. GREAT value too!
Cons (-) There are many medical groups in Guatemala doing wonderful service. We were among them. However, please request that they not wear scrubs into the restaurant. We know where those medical uniforms have been and they shouldn’t be around food.

Cons (-) Too close to the airport. You can hear the plane in your room. Some of the staff in the lobby are not friendly. The breakfast buffet was good but the service was poor.
