Cons: Wasn't told pool was closed for renovation, AC didn't work for 2 nights until they finally came to fix it. Bathroom vent didn't work. Key card kept stop working. parking is a nightmare (not enough spots). grounds are dirty/filthy.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are kept up well. Towels are fresh and room is well-appointed. The breakfast is exceptional. Far exceeds the usual offering of other Best Western properties.
Cons: The lighting in the room is still "cheap hotel"-like. The lamp over the chair has too much exposed bulb. the light around the bathroom mirror is blinding. Perhaps if warm white bulbs were used in lieu of cold white bulbs in the room it would help.

Pros: Breakfast good and complete, location was me for what I was looking,
Cons: Smoking to close to my room
7,0 Good
Pros: The front desk personnel is very friendly and helpful. The location was great and you can''t beat having Tacos El Gordo right across the street.
Cons: The room had a weird smell, even though the room was clean. There was also no iron in the room. The worst was hearing loud noises coming from the room next door.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: the room was amazing beautifully modern décor the bed super comfortable, we absolutely loved our stay and definitely will be staying there again!
Cons: loved everything
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the room and how modern everything was
Cons: Can’t think of something negative
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I needed a place to stay for the night and found The Hercor Hotel on one of those online booking sites. I liked the reviews it received so I thought I would give it a try. This hotel has changed greatly from what I remember many years ago. The rooms are comfortable and VERY nicely furnished. The bed is comfortable, shower is spacious and the air conditioner works well to keep the room comfortable and there is large tv for viewing. Free HOT breakfast is available in the lounge. I recommend The Hercor Hotel for anyone looking for a nice place to stay that is close to all the shopping and entertainment (i.e Movie Theaters) here in town.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: I loved the room and the unique decor!!! It was super nice and clean and I loved the security of the parking
Cons: The 10pm quiet policy was a no go for me. I felt like I was told that I had to be quiet. Also the older lady that works the front isn't very friendly. The night girl she is super nice and has a great personality.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very nicely updated. There's an iPod dock and cable TV. An armor has plenty of space for a suitcase, clothes, and features a full length mirror. The bed was comfortable and I absolutely loved the shower. Their breakfast is great too and is featured until 11am - a huge plus to those that sleep in.
Cons: Nothing really
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was reasonably close to where we needed to be. The breakfast was excellent, parking was secure, free water bottles upon request. The shower was really nice!
Cons: The room was a bit small. My husband brought golf clubs, so with the clubs and the hard travel case in the room (closet not big enough for clubs or case), space was tight. The decor was super modern, but with all the black, we had trouble seeing the light switches and it was like being in a cave. Also the room was not cleaned unless you put out the sign for a room refresh.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The location was convenient to the trolley station, but pretty far from everything else.
Cons: The bed was EXTREMELY too soft - to the point where I sunk in pretty deep and had an achy back when I woke up. The building was pretty old, as well and it looked like a converted apartment building. The entrance and parking weren’t very convenient either, as you had to use the room key to get in and out and the parking area was pretty small
8,3 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the very modern and clean feel. The staff was friendly.
Cons: The room was a little tight and the street it is located on isnt the nicest, however, there are things to do in the area
5,0 Okay
Pros: Clean
Cons: Crackheads going in and out of their rooms being loud
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast set up a lady was there making sure everything was clean and well stocked
Cons: not a thing

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The rooms smell horribly and are outdated. The beds are uncomfortable. The location is kind of scary. The guest are rude and made lewd remarks that made us glad we had pepper spray.
4,5 Okay
Pros: Relatively cheap. Easy access to freeways.
Cons: No free wifi. No "Do Not Disturb" sign. No phone in room so you can't even call down to tell them to leave you alone. You have to go to the front desk each day and ask them to stay out of your room. Not great part of town - there's literally a sign on the building detailing "No drugs, no drug dealers, no prostitution, no weapons..." Yep, I've found that signage often stops these kinds of behaviors. No plug ins by bed. Cigarette burns on furniture. I could go on but I think you get the idea.

Pros: It was clean and seem pretty quiet except for when people was outside you can clearly hear them talking
Cons: The staff was rude and pushy the elevator did not work correctly made us feel that it would not work so we could not use that thing it was unsafe and our keys continue to have to be reset so every day I had to go down to the office and have my key reset just to get into my room and there was no hygiene products coffee pot coffee nothing as far as amenities in the room other than a TV and then bed toilet shower sink minimums on towels or anything

6,0 Good
Pros: Right next to everything I needed
Cons: Staff member Dan was incredibly slow (had to wait in line over an hour to be checked in), charged me an extra night (which I still haven’t seen credited back to my account) didn’t give me the parking slip so when I got back that night the security guard wouldn’t let me park, and when I tried to register a guest on my 3rd day the same guy was outside and told us we had to wait until he finished his cigarette. Very poor employee. Probably wouldn’t come back because of him.
1,0 Poor
Pros: I did not like nothing, the website described a different looking hotel not a jailcell on homeless land
Cons: I did not like the fact of a simple microwave, a refrigerator, an iron or housekeeping passing by to clean it. I lived in a dirty cigarette smelling jail cell with nothing to look for, television 12 inches so pathetic for the price when sure stay is less

Our hot breakfast was great! Cheese omelettes & bacon! The staff were all down-to-earth: considerate and helpful.
Cons: Just location, it was too close to street to appreciate grandeur of building we saw in picture advertising, but this was minor as it did provide a lot of parking spaces in the rear of building.

Cons: Well to be honest when I saw the propaganda, this one talk about free breakfast, in reallitty you can call that anything, barely coffee so I do not beleive you have that, others hotels give continental breaksfast, yes modesty but at least you have a small room for that here was nothing not even space, very disapointed on that only

Cons: staff was excellent and I was impressed
5,7 Okay
Pros: We didn’t like much about this place
Cons: The walls had putty in certain spots and not painted over, the outlets were broken? One of the beds was broken, when I asked for a room on the first floor they told me there weren’t any available but the hotel was half empty,
4,6 Okay
Pros: Staff was friendly when we did check in.
Cons: First of all I hate leaving a bad review & do not do so lightly. We drove over from Northern Arizona, arrived 2 hours prior to check in. When I inquired if it was possible to check in early I was told it would be an extra $25 for early check in. I checked the booking.com page for the hotel (who I booked through) under policies it said nothing about early check in fees. We opted to not pay the $25 for 2 hours. I could understand if it was 11am, but $25 for 2 hours? Came back at 3, staff was friendly & accommodating. We needed to leave for an event by 4. When I opened the door stale air slapped me in the face. Almost as if the room hadn't been aired out in years. It was 3:15, we didn't have time to go ask for another room since we both needed showers & to dress in now 45 min. Thank goodness I had Febreeze in the truck because I used the entire bottle in the room before we brought bags in. We didn't return to the hotel until nearly midnight & was certain if we complained after having used the shower earlier nothing would have been done. As soon as my husband got out of our truck a male asked if we had a beer for him. When my husband told him we had no beer he went back into his room. The carpet is old, worn & dirty, the chairs are stained on not only the back but also the seat. There were stains & dirt on the walls, doors, jams & knobs look like they were never cleaned. The switches in the bathroom were making a short noise & lights in the other parts of the room would glitch out when you would turn them on. The water pressure in the sink was nonexistent. The AC unit was full of dust in the vents. The walls are paper thin, I could hear the radio in the room behind us & the TV in the room in front of us. All night long. On our way to check out at 8am there was trash & half eaten pastries in the parking lot.

Cons: Perhaps a coffee maker in the lobby for those who wake up early since they don't serve coffee & breakfast until later.

Pros: We liked the friendliness of the owners. The location was exceptional and the room quiet. The breakfast was terrific!!!
Cons: The water pressure in the shower. Outside of that, it was home away from home.

Pros: The family is super nice and helpful!!! Can’t explain how happy I was with their service! 4.5 stars for sure!!!
Cons: The only thing and it’s not a huge thing was that the water would change from hot to cold every few minutes. But it’s not a deal breaker

Pros: We were so happy with this little gem! Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and larger than expected. It's an old hotel with a lot of history but is updated and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with many choices of fresh fruit.
Cons: Because of its location there is some noise from street below. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper or want to go to bed early.

Pros: We were close enough to beaches, which was the whole point of the trip.
Cons: The staff were awful. My girlfriend and I wanted to take her daughter and 2 younger siblings (ages 6 through14) to the beach for the first time so, upon booking this hotel, we made sure to input two adults and three children. We booked a queen room with a pull-out bed in the living room so everyone had somewhere to sleep. On the first night, I called the office and asked for more towels (we'd been provided with only two large towels, one smaller towell, and a couple washcloths). The lady in the front office abruptly said she'd check and hung up on me. I heard nothing more that night. I then went to the front office the next day and requested more towels again. The same woman advised house cleaning would bring more. On my way back to the hotel, a woman from the cleaning staff who either spoke very little English or was simply as rude as the first woman asked if I needed more towels. I said yes and she gestured to our room. I led her to the room and she collected the old towels we'd used and exchanged them for new towels, not providing more than we'd received in the first place, all the while sort of sizing up the room. I asked her for more and she said we'd have to ask the front office. I explained I already asked them twice and they were to have brought extra towels, not just replace the ones we had. She then apparently walked to the office to essentially 'tell on us' for having three children in the room, because soon after the original lady from the front desk called our room stating we couldn't have children in the room and we only booked two adults. She proceeded to threaten either kicking us out or charging us more for having lied about the booking when we hadn't lied at all. She checked her systems and decided it was an internal error, not our own, but we were left worried and concerned about our belongings every time we left the hotel. An issue of towels may seem trivial but these people were incredibly rude to us for our entire stay. They turned a relaxing weekend into a weekend of arguing, not having enough towels to dry everyone off, being threatened, and being worried each time we left the hotel that we'd come back evicted or with stuff missing. Probably the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced.

Pros: Refrigerator and microwave. Plenty of room if you are with family.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Dirty, lights in bathroom had electrical problems, water got extremely hot in shower. Even turned on cold. Horrible location, bed was uneven (we rolled to the middle) couch was dirty. It was stained black in spots (so dirty, it looked black) 3 lights did not work.. 1 in bedroom, 2 in sitting area. Checked all my baggage for bugs before we legt I felt that dirty
5,0 Okay
Cons: CAble TV did not work. Very fuzzy. Switched rooms. AC was poor in second room and there were no towels. We called to haves some brought to us and we're told that all of their towels were in the laundry. We still had the room key to the first room so we walked down and grabbed the towels in the first room and let a staff member know that we no longer needed towels. 45 min later came a very loud banging on our door from another stFf member with some towels. I guess they thought we were in a large mansion and not in a tiny room because they rapped so hard we thought they were gonna break the door down. Overall not very happy with the level of this hotels efforts.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: i liked that everything was clean and the people where friendly. If you asked them for something they would do it.
Cons: Honestly the location didnt make me feel 100% safe and the free breakfast was kinda lame.
4,2 Okay
Pros: The price seemed right for a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchen. One side of the hotels rooms have been renovated & updated. However some room are still very dated and you don't know what your getting until you arrive.
Cons: I had stayed before with no issues. However on this occasion I was extremely offended by the staff and their policies. A family friend lived nearby so I invited her to drop by before going out for dinner. As I escorted her & her friend to my room the front desk attendant started screaming "No guests! No guests!" And continued to tell them they must leave. She then called our room & told us if they didn't leave now we would be asked to leave as well. This was at 4pm. Apparently in the fine print of the check in paperwork I had agreed to the no guest policy. I was completely embarrassed and humiliated and feel the situation could have been addressed in a much more professional and reasonable manner. I later asked if my friend could come up if I added her to the room. I was told you are only allowed the number of occupants you supply at check in. No alterations regardless of the room size. The breakfast was minimal and the cereal offered was generic disguised as name brand. There is a tacky sign on the pool reading something to the effect of "if you have diarrhea or have had diarrhea in the last 14 days you are not allowed in the pool." I will never return to this hotel again.

Pros: Decent size room, shower worked well, had a refrigerator and a microwave (which was nice). The room was actually a two-room "suite" with a small room (with a door) that had a queen sofa bed. We picked this place because it was close to where we were going to be getting some custom work done on our jeep - and that was really our only requirement for this stay. It was an ok hotel (fairly quiet despite the busy street), and I would stay there again if we need more work done, but probably wouldn't choose it as a place to stay if I wanted a place to relax/vacation at.
Cons: About an hour before we arrived, we got a call from the hotel saying that they gave away our room, and didn't have any more of the suites that we booked available and would need to give us a room with just a king in it. We were traveling with our teenage daughter and that was not acceptable - which we told them. We were told it was what they had. When we arrived, the person checking us in said he wasn't sure why someone called and told us that as the suite was definitely still available. We were not happy as we had just driven for 48 hours and we were tired and stressed. The guy checking us in didn't quite know how to do it and we later found out he was just covering for the normal person so the normal person could get some dinner. He told us he was just a friend of the normal person.

Pros: The room was very nicely updated. There's an iPod dock and cable TV. An armor has plenty of space for a suitcase, clothes, and features a full length mirror.

Pros: I enjoyed the very modern and clean feel. The staff was friendly.
Cons: The room was a little tight and the street it is located on isnt the nicest, however, there are things to do in the area
