Pros (+) The desk clerk addressed my concerns quickly, such as when there was an apparent elephant race being held in the room above me at 11:00pm. She also took it upon herself to contact her manager to get approval for a full refund after I checked out early.
Cons (-) The room, while neat and clean looking, had a distinct musty smell that didn't go away even after running the AC. The pool had a limit for the number of people allowed in the area due to Covid-19, but wasn't monitored well. People who had to leave after their turn, came back after the desk clerk left.
