Pros (+) Not a thing.
Cons (-) The hotel was dirty, with black mold in the bathroom, repaired sheet rock that had no paint in 6 different locations, no breakfast (even though they claim they do) and it was ridiculously overpriced for graduation weekend at Chico State for this.

Pros (+) Nothing at all. Place is a joke
Cons (-) Everything. The workers were rude and unresponsive. The rate was rediculous. We had black mold in our bathroom. There was literally holes in the walls and recently repaired sheetrock with no paint everywhere. The breakfast consisted of one choice which was prepackaged gross pastrys. The place is rediculous!!!

Cons (-) the bathroom had mold in the shower-the ceiling in the bath room was coming down - shower curtain was a joke over all the room was a total disappointment.
