Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, with several mentioning proximity to downtown and transportation. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with many reviews citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Service also received criticism, especially regarding rude or unhelpful staff. The breakfast offering was frequently described as inadequate or disappointing. Some guests did note comfortable beds and a few positive interactions with staff, but overall, negative experiences outweighed the positives.

Pros (+) Not a thing.
Cons (-) The hotel was dirty, with black mold in the bathroom, repaired sheet rock that had no paint in 6 different locations, no breakfast (even though they claim they do) and it was ridiculously overpriced for graduation weekend at Chico State for this.

Pros (+) Nothing at all. Place is a joke
Cons (-) Everything. The workers were rude and unresponsive. The rate was rediculous. We had black mold in our bathroom. There was literally holes in the walls and recently repaired sheetrock with no paint everywhere. The breakfast consisted of one choice which was prepackaged gross pastrys. The place is rediculous!!!
