Pros: Very nice, spacious room. Liked that the sink was outside the shower/toilet area. Very nice free happy hour food and drinks. Free breakfast was good.
Cons: The flooring as you walk into the room is flecked with white tile and we always thought we had dropped paper on it. Mall behind the hotel was almost abandoned but it’s not apparent till you walk in.

Pros: There were many perks. Free cocktails, free samples from featured restaurant, popcorn. Very clean, polite staff. It was very close for our appointments.
Cons: The only issue was trying to get to the hotel from clarkson on adjoining highway. We had to take 64 exit and come back around. We may have been tourons though? (cross between tourist and moraon. LOL.

Pros: The room is larger than a typical hotel. The AC was quite ( something you don’t get in hotels. The breakfast was a typical continental type but there was more care on how it was prepared and presented. Location is great it is just north of the shops and restaurants 5-15 minutes walk depending on your selections.

Pros: The staff was always available and very helpful. Location was great; very convenient. Breakfast was always good, plentiful, and changed offerings. We were able to enjoy the pool one day. Overall very pleased!

The unit we were in received no housekeeping except for Saturday when I had to ask for it to get towels, toilet paper, a trash bag, Paper towels, etc. Room was not cleaned the whole time we were there. Pros: Having breakfast available each morning was a bonus. The location was only 10 minutes away from my training site. It was easily accessible and close enough to the attractions that I could enjoy, but far enough away that I did not feel overwhelmed by traffic.
Cons: My television did not work my entire stay. One of the staff was gracious enough to give me a new remote and test it out himself. It still did not work. I was offered to change rooms, but after settling in, I did not feel like moving. I followed up before leaving to make sure a tech would be sent in.

Cons: A couple hours after check in we found ants everywhere! We ended up having to throw our pizza away because the ants got into it and into our drinks. Also we got charged twice for the $50 refundable deposit. It got fixed but we are lucky we noticed it.

Pros: It wasn't far from downtown or the other things we were doing and the kids enjoyed the pool. It's nice having the throwback snacks and breakfast especially with a family. Saves us time and money.
Cons: Our sink was clogged and we called the front and they said they would have someone would come down and then called later and then we're told no one was able to look at it until morning. Also I wanted to book through Drury's website to get a discount for the St Louis Arch and it said there was only a king room available. When I went to booking.com it had the king and a double room. I needed the double room so I booked it but then I didn't get a discount for the arch.

This area features urban living, shopping and eating establishments. Pros: Our room was clean and stock nicely, the bed linens smelled amazing and were the whitest white. Bathroom linens also very clean, soft and white. The shuttle service is amazing for nightlife.
Cons: The check-in. I arrived at noon, waited for nearly 15 mins while the desk agent spoke with a guest about transportation for a wedding. When I could finally speak to her and asked if I was in the right place to check in - (not clearly marked), the guest rudely let me know that the lady was helping her. I waited unit they were finished just to be told that no rooms were ready and I needed to return in a couple of hours. I returned a couple of hours later, same desk agent talking to two other employees of the hotel, no one acknowledge I was there for at least 3 mins, when the same lady did speak it was only to let me know it was shift change and I would have to wait. Finally someone is checking me in, a gentleman this time still very unfriendly. I asked about the shuttle and how it works was told by same lady that it was only available if it was available. Not sure what that was about so I called a cab service for the night out, Then the most amazing thing happened.... Orlando (shuttle driver) came along while I waited for the cab, that was very late and took us to the casino, picked us up when we called him, recommended a place for a couple of beverages and snack - Good Recommendation - then he came back and got us and took us back to the hotel. He needs to give lessons to your other employees on how to provide great customer service. We also checked out the nightly happy hour in the lounge and your two bartenders that night were very friendly and hard working girls. If I rated your hotel on my first experience with your check in area it would have been a sad face. If I had the ability to cancel without being charged for the room my experience at the check in desk would have been enough for me to stay somewhere else.

Cons: The housekeeping could have done their job and cleaned the room. The restaurant could have scheduled enough employees for a busy holiday weekend. The front desk could have gotten a manager when asked. And the management staff could have called back before I had to leave four messages.

Cons: You described my room as a king suite with a spa bath. It was a regular handicap accessible room and the hotel doesn't even have spa baths. There was apparently a soccer convention so we could not enjoy the hot tub, or bar because there were over a hundred kids yelling and playing soccer in the common area. Not relaxing!

Cons: Coffee areas were a little messy, tortilla chips were stale/humid the 2nd day at happy hour (I let wait staff know). Daughter would have liked the breakfast to go later in morning (like the weekend hours). I should have just gotten a room because we didn't use the living area. Pricey for me but wanted to treat my daughter to a nice hotel.

Pros: I've only stayed at one La Quinta that has disappointed me. 9.9 times out of 10 the beds are extremely comfortable, the building and rooms are well maintained, the staff is kind, breakfast is tasty while a nice variety is offered, and the cherry on the sundae is that pets stay for free. Let's just say that it was clean and roomy enough that I was comfortable letting my 10 month old crawl around (which is a good thing because I am OCD about cleanliness). Very happy with our stay at this location and would highly recommend it, especially if traveling with a furry friend.

Pros: BEWARE... BED BUGS!!!! First night we had dozens of bites. The manager said he would comp our "stay" for the inconvienence and move us to new room for the final two nights. I agreed. The final morning I got a bill for two nights. I spoke to the GM and he said they only comp one night for bugs. He also stated he has the room inspected by a professional who did not find any bugs. There was atleast one other family who had the same issue on the weekend of our stay who they moved to another drury hotel accross the parking lot.

We complained, got an email from John, the AGM, following my complaint, asked for a refund and never heard anything back. We are very disappointed in Hampton Inn and it's follow thru... it's almost like John sent the email to please corporate, but never meant a word of "making things right!"

Pros: The beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was really good ! Especially liked the fresh squeezed juice ! Also noticed how the trash bins are discreetly hidden which makes the breakfast area clean and inviting. Two things that I want to tell management: 1) The fridge in our room (321 ) needs to be defrosted. The ice in the freezer is so thick that it could barely fit one bottled water. Probably all freezers are that way if these are managed by an outside company. 2) The TV in our room only shows local channels ! Can't watch CNN, ESPN or even Fox ! These channels have snowlike patches on the screen ! Other than these 2, we had a great stay.

Cons: I was in a Non Smoking room and I was getting residual smoke either from air conditioning or some other air penetration and a previous guest was smoking in the room. If you put the sign Rest on your door. There is no Guarantee that House keeping will come. I had to call twice to get house keeping to do their job. They finally came at 6 pm to do an express clean.
