Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests expressed dissatisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness, citing issues such as dirty rooms, bugs, mold, and lack of regular housekeeping. Service was also a common concern, with reports of unhelpful staff, double charging, and poor communication about reservations and room requests. Breakfast offerings were frequently mentioned as inadequate, with limited options and items running out early. While a few guests appreciated the staff's friendliness and the convenient location, overall, negative experiences with cleanliness, service, and breakfast overshadowed the positives.
