The room was very hot. Apparently they don’t do A/C in the winter months. The lobby area is under renovation and the lounge is closed. The breakfast was cold

Cons (-) We could not get into elevator with the sugar and wine conference going on. And there was no designated entrance and elevator for hotel guests.
