Even though I had reserved a car a month in advance, they didn't have a car available for me. They weren't helpful at all, they really didn't care.

The staff were friendly and really helpful. Only downside, the vehicle did smell of smoke when we first picked it up. Our solution was to keep a Febreze Air Freshener in the car.

They sold my car out from under me and when i got there they told me they had no cars. I had to take an uber across town to avis.

It says no deposit on your site but the store required a deposit so I couldn't rent and the charge is suppose to refunded but I'm still waiting

For the second time in a row, there were no cars available, even thought we had a reservation. Initially, both times the staff did not immediately offer to help solve the problem. They only help when I got upset and forced the issue.

The car wasn't clean, it stank terrible like pee, and was disgusting inside, from the previous renter having had a dog in the car. I returned it and had to arrange for a rental else where.

Nothing - they could not assist us with what occurred.i could of had a vehicle not have my vehicle cancelled and given to Amazon approximately 18 hours before I was to pick it up after confirming two days earlier it was available. Buyer / Renter beware - they are giving vehicles to third parties without servicing customers who had reservations. I would not recommend them.

The car comes better than I expectedI nearly had to pay 400 dollars for an after-hour drop off, because the location I intended to return the car to was closed 2 hours prior to Hertz websites advertising, and no key box or anything to allow for key drop off. Called the Hertz client service, nobody picked up the phone on Monday at 6pm. I waited there for nearly half an hour, then a Hertz employee showed up randomly and took the key for return, otherwise I would have ended up paying 400 dollars extra and had to suffer a change of location. Very very poor returning experience!!!

They called me the night before my trip to cancel and tell me they didn’t have a car for me. I had to Uber everywhere this trip and spent more than I wanted to. I was very upset.
