Pros: Everything about the property was great. The location, the room was spacious and we had a great view. They brought complimentary coffee to us the next morning which was Amazing for me as i have to have coffee every morning. It allowed me to get around and have my coffee which my husband was grateful he didn’t have to hunt me some down.
Cons: The pillows aren’t very comfortable. Too soft. And the waiter we had downstairs in the restaurant was horrible. He didn’t ever check on us and was messing around at the bar with people. We had to finally call him over to bring our check. We were just having drinks but he could of let me know he left the carafe of coffee on the fireplace incase i wanted more. Long story short. He wasn’t very good or attentive. Also maybe a little more communication on how the complimentary coffee works. We told front desk we would like it at 10 am the next morning. I waited almost 30 mins next day and finally called down stairs to let them know we hadn’t received it. They told us to check outside our door and sure enough there it was. They didn’t knock or anything to let us know it was there. So that would of been good to know that they just set it outside our door without knocking. That’s the only complaints i have. Other then that, great hotel.

Pros: I loved how close it was to Chesapeake Arena. And the breakfast buffet was so good too.

Pros: The location of this hotel was fabulous and everything was very clean.
Cons: The first room we checked into did not have hot water due to their renovations and we ended up having to change rooms. The new room was great but not the King Balcony room that we wanted.

Pros: Location to Bricktown was nice and convienient.
Cons: Room was on the side of the train tracks and a busy road. We heard the train whistle and loud cars/motorcycles all night. Would recommend the hotel only if you can stay on the opposite side. Parking was another $15 plus tax charge.

Pros: Clean & convenient to Thunder game. Friendly & helpful staff.
Cons: Parking was difficult to get to.

Pros: The beds were so comfortable and it was very nice and clean.
Cons: Others in my group got a much lower rate and we were not aware we would have to pay extra for parking. A free muffin or something would have been nice in the morning after spending $---- for one night.

1,0 Poor
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Clogged, overflowing toilet
5,0 Okay
Cons: Elevator was shut down. Only one was working. This happens all too frequently there.
7,7 Good
Pros: I’m a creature of habit so I’m comfortable with the location and the things to do in the area.
Cons: Still haven’t received my copy of the room charges etc. The new policy for breakfast as it pertains to members with status is a joke and extremely disappointing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The customer service was impeccable.
Cons: My entire stay was perfect. I would change anything at all about our time there.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Quite.
Cons: Bathroom was dirty and they moved us to another room. They appear short staffed at the front desk.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, nice accommodations, the one bedroom suit was very nice, and the location was perfect for us. I’d stay again, but book directly through Waterford next time.
Cons: The hotel didn’t have our reservation since we booked though your website and it made check in take forever. Also, we were lucky they had availability because they never received our reservation and could have easily given our room away before we got there. I’d tell anyone else that books through an outside side to call promptly and confirm to avoid this type of situation.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean,up to date, great staff
Cons: Pool is outside, lol
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff and nice big clean rooms
Cons: The only thing that I would comment about is the hallways were always freezing cold.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Smelled fantastic when you walk into the hotel lobby!
Cons: Adjoining room door. In our room all of a sudden we started smelling marijuana - a lot. We tried to figure out where it was coming from. There was a gap between the door and the floor of the door that connects you from 305 to room 304 and there was literally a breeze blowing under the door into our room - assume the 304 folks were smoking. We had to lay our bath towels down to stop the flow.
1,0 Poor
Cons: They charged me twice and left my bank overdrawn and was not concerned with the fact I had no money to get home . Did not ask offer any thing to help

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location wes primary goal. Breakfast was ok, breakfast in Oklahoma should include GRAVY!
Cons: Absence of exhaust fan in toilet.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Room we checked in was small had to small beds not very good for a couple
6,3 Good
Pros: Decor and location
Cons: The breakfast buffet was cold and awful (eggs tasted like powdered eggs and French toast was brittle hard) and the king size bed was like two canoes with a mountain in the middle. The staff were polite but didn’t offer any help or info. We had to ask for everything.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and overall experience.
Cons: Simple thing as the breakfast eggs were tasteless and potato hash browns were not completely cooked. But the worst and most horrible experience what I believe it was a bed bug bit me while sleeping (have pics and video) and had to sleep on chair.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast it so-so. I think that they prepare the whole breakfast at 05:00 in the morning and then hold it in warmers for five hours. Hence, the bacon is limp, the eggs are dry, the potatoes are soggy. Replenishing smaller serving warmers every hour or so would go a long ways toward a nice breakfast. This is Oklahoma for gosh sakes! There should be biscuits and gravy! The location was perfect for our destination: Bricktown and Chesapeake Arena!
Cons: Breakfast was ok, but nothing more.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. I have very bad back problems and woke up feeling just fine after a restful nights sleep. We also loved the ease at which we did valet parking and also checked in very quickly.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Lobby was nice, staff were nice, location
Cons: Bathroom was dingy and needed updating. Did not seem as clean as I had hoped.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: No drinking water available in the rooms. Or had to buy a small bottle for two dollars
7,0 Good
Pros: Good location
Cons: The rooms were dated and old. Just didn't feel clean
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. The layout of the checkout area and bar was great.
Cons: The cleanliness of the bathroom was a little surprising. The bathroom ceiling paint was flaking off which was odd for a 4 star hotel.
6,0 Good
Pros: The location was in close proximity to the basketball arena, which was my main consideration on NYE.
Cons: This hotel is not a four star hotel. The rooms are old and musty and the shower head in the room we stayed in was hung for someone under four feet tall. The service at the bar in the lobby was improved over the last stay however.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Staff attentiveness
Cons: I booked on your website a King room that supposedly consisted of 2 queen beds. This hotel doesn’t even have queen beds. They’re all full size beds. I had less than 4 hrs of sleep and they were the most uncomfortable I’ve had. Worse with me being 38 weeks pregnant! I’m very unsatisfied and tired after the long day and drive we had last night.

3,0 Mediocre
Pros: We had a place to sleep. Beds were comfortable. Check out was at 12.
Cons: The bathroom tub would not drain after I took a bath, leaving 3 other people without showers. Having to pay $15 for parking is ridiculous, for the price of the room it should be included. Heard continuous knocking sounds starting around 6 am. There was only 1 tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner; that, I'm pretty sure had been used, because there was barely enough to wash my thin shoulder length hair. Housekeeping kept knocking and trying to come in our room starting around 9. I ended up paying over $200 for what I thought was a $159 dollar room. Definitely not worth the price. I had to ask where we could park because there was no parking and I was not told during check in.

Pros: Location was close to where I needed to be the next day which allowed me to sleep in a little bit.
Cons: The simple fact that not everyone has quit smoking! Not being allowed to smoke in the room itself is understandable, but deliberately not providing a comfortable and convenient place to smoke is unacceptable! I do not appreciate being treated like a pariah. My deceased sons only child lives nearby, next time I visit, I will stay somewhere else.

Cons: Needed two beds, but only had one king available. I had requested two queens when I reserved the room.

Pros: Bright, new and clean. Nice young clerks at front desk. Nice maintenance man/janitor. Some good hardworking housekeepers keep Property nice.
Cons: Some of the housekeeping and buffet staff conversed, and cursed, in Spanish in front of us guests, assuming we werent bilingual. Some (not all) of the housekeepers spent more time at the coffee station or sitting in the lobby than working.

Pros: Although a bit small, the room and beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the free breakfast, free TV, free internet access, free business center, free parking. Adjustable room temp, Keurig coffee maker, ice machine, and alarm clock were also appreciated.
Cons: There could've been more electrical outlets, and the one in the beside lamp was broken. It would've been better if the fridge had a freezer compartment. The hotel lost all internet service our last 2 days in the room. No exercise room, hot tub or pool.
