Pros:Pick-up and drop-off was super easy. Staff was efficient. Was unexpectedly given an awesome 2018 Ford Mustang. Super fun!
Cons:My car was advertised as a premium/full size car. Staff states she had no cars but midsize. That’s it. The car was not clean. Crumbs and cookie wrappers found during the drive. Fuel charge ($8) tacked on at the end for .8 gallons due to ‘satellite’ reading of gas tank?!?? Staff removed after I asked

Cons:No map to get to drop-off, --and clerk at Lawton just said "good luck" because construction of roads in Dallas was extreme. issued my flight though started early for it--and had to stay another day. At airpot, saw no sign that indicated that Avis was ABOVR Hertz. Found a man to direct me at Hertz.

Pros:Pick-up & drop off was easy but i wasn't aware of the deposit and I was left short of funds for the trip. Your staff said it was in the small print which was not funny.
Cons:Tell people ahead of time...that a deposit would be required at time of pick-up. You had other things highlighted when I made the reservation, so full disclosure at the time would have helped.

Cons:Couldn't get my invoice, gave my email but didn't received it either. Called back twice without answer. Still waiting for my receipt.
Cons:I want my money back. Kayak promised me a rate of $128 and when I got to the car rental place I was charged an extra $100. Claimed it was "after taxes and fees" but through Kayak the rate promised AFTER taxes and fees was $128. I've tried calling Kayak and even Enterprise and was promised someone would call me back but so far nobody has called me back. It shouldn't be this hard to get my money back for a rate I was guaranteed in the beginning.......
Cons:We arrived in Lawton OK just before 8PM and went to the Hertz counter where I had prepaid for a car 3 months earlier and found out from the Enterprise girl that the Hertz girl had left early and wouldn't be back until the next day. So I had to pay $140.00 more to rent from enterprise for the week but at least they were there to rent from. I will never rent from Hertz again. By the way we left to come home on a Saturday afternoon at 6pm and once again there was nobody at the Hertz counter.

Cons:I booked a rental weeks in advanced but when I got to my destination I was turned down for the rental because my debit card did not pass a credit check. It was the same credit card that I used to make the reservation, so why didn't they process a credit check at that time. Instead I was stuck at an airport with no rental. Fortunately there was an Enterprise car rental booth and they honored my reservation cost and had a vehicle ready for me to go.
Cons:I tried calling the budget we were renting from the day of pick up to let them know our flight was later and that our pickup would be later. When the person working answered she told me to hold before I could ever speak. I was on hold for 15 mins at this point I am trying to navigate the airport and had to get on the plane without speaking to the woman working at all. Once we arrived at our location in Lawton we approached the counter told her we were here to pick up our car she then found our sheet rolled her eyes told us she doesn't have a car because we were supposed to be there at 12. It is now 3. I asked her they just give away all the cars that fast she said yes. Never once did she try to help us or anything. Her voice was one with aspiration and annoyance that we would even ask such a question. Needless to say because of this one employee I will pay more to rent from other vendors and never again from Budget. It is all about customer service and she had no intentions on making it that way.
Pros:Staff was very courteous and professional. They tried several times to process my reservation for another vehicle before they finally had to close.
Cons:They said that they had 27 cars taken from them in the morning and sent to another state and that they had no other cars available but they couldn’t process an upgrade for me because the computer wouldn’t let them. Why? I had a reservation.
