Staff was friendly and helpful. Upgraded the vehicle (with a charge) to make our trip the best it could be. Vehicle was brand new (3 miles on it when I drove it off the lot), clean, and had a full tank of gas.Cons:
The rental counter was short staffed (1 person working the main counter, 1 person working the "Gold" counter) with several people standing in line. I arrived at 3:05 for a 3:00 pick-up and didn't get out the door until almost 4. Service was great, once I got to an agent.American Rent-A-Car

I didn't rent when i got there they tried to give me a Toyota and i had upgraded to a 200 i work at chrysler not driving a foreign then they tried a jeep bu5 had a hard time starting i said forget it and canceled the rental thanks anyways. DavePriceless
