Cons:Nothing. They had the car sitting there, ready for me to get going. I didn't need it for as long as I expected & was credited for the extra day I had paid for. Overall completely painless experience. And I paid much less than $260 enterprise wanted me to pay. Loyal customer for life!

Cons:I rec'd a phone all the day before I was set to pick up my rental and was informed by the customer service rep that the passenger van I was to rent was not available. That was about 16 hours before I was set to embark on a weekend trip with 14 young adults, not one that was old enough to drive. We scrambled and called every other rental agency and FINALLY located a van an hour away. After some juggling, cursing and praying we managed to get the van and have an awesome weekend, no thanks to Avis. I will NEVER rent a vehicle (or anything else) from Avis. They lost a repeat customer!!

Pros:The desk clerk at the airport informed me that the place i rented from was already closed. She changed the pick up a d drop off locations for me.

Pros:Nothing impressed me about the rental or service.
Cons:Called ahead to ask if i could change my pick up time. They told me it was no problem. When i got there the "computer system just went down". I explained to the girl I was in a bit of a rush and she said, well your reservation wasn't until 10. I told her i called earlier in the week to get it earlier and was told it was ok to do. Then as she was filling out the paperwork manually, (I'm assuming her boss) called and was talking about a previous rental (i could hear every word he said on the phone) instead of asking to call him back, she stopped my paperwork and talked to him (still in a rush here). Thankfully i had my reservation information with the prices otherwise I may still be there. I was also never told about a $200 deposit until the end of the paperwork and this was never stated when I reserved the car. About the car: Outside of the car was filthy despite her saying it was washed the night before (i didn't care, just needed to get on the road). Inside was clean but very uncomfortable. I would never recommend a Nissan Versa hatchback for a 6hr trip. Great on car, horrible on the comfort. Dropped it off Sunday night and will be checking today to make sure my $200 deposit was refunded like promised. It was an OK experience but nothing to make me come back.

Cons:Dirty car as delivered. Poor communication. The location did not know about our requested pickup delay that we called into the call center. Plus, they said they tried to call us to ask if we were still coming. They were planning to rent our car away! Very poor communications!
Pros:Kia Soul with only 2300 mile....it was fun while it lasted!
