They noticed a hole in the driver's seat but did not record it. The staff in Alexandria claimed that I needed to pay for the hole, even though it is quite clear that the tiny hole in the seat is very old. She claims that there is no record. I would like signed affidavits from the staff that they saw the hole before even got into the car.10,0 Wonderful

The car still had garbage in it from the previous renter. Crumbs on the floor, the steering wheel was sticky and dried mud on the outside. Very unclean. Also a ‘maintenance required’ message came up on the dashboard half way through the trip.Budget

The staff was very friendly and empathetic and worked hard to resolve my pick up issue. The car that I ultimately received was excellent.Cons:
The neighborhood outlet that I rented from because of proximity called the day of my pick up to advise that they had no car for me to to previous renters failure to return on time. They could not get a car sent to them from another location. The agent was very concerned and found a car available at a not too distant alternative.
