Horrible experience! They did not have the car type I reserved and sent me to the airport, rather than make the call for me. I went to the airport where promised me they could get a minivan but that I would have to pay a higher rate. "We'll honor your reservation, but you'll have to pay today's price instead of the price we agreed when you reserved the minivan."Cons:

Cons:
The pick up took two hours due to lack of proper vehicle. They tried to give me a car when I rented a truck. The truck I finally got did not have working windshield washer fluid sprayers which was a huge issue in snowy weather. Had to reach out window and pour water on windshield to keep visibility.2,0 Poor

Would never reccommend this site its unacceptable, unreliable and undependable. Went to pick up car at prescribed time . no car was available. No representative called to state there was a delay. I was later promised a pick up 6 hrs after original time that was later cancelled . no solution missed my cousins wedding.
