Staff was friendly and helpfulMaintenance on the vehicles are poor. The treads on both front wheels were way below what would be considered safe. The right front wheel also had a small air leak so i had to constantly fill it with air when available. They have a no smoking policy, however the vehicle had clear signs of smoking, from the headliner on the B pillar being discolored from smoke to obvious markings on the passenger seat and drivers side A pillar, as well as a slight smoke odor coming from the vents.

Quick, Friendly, Good PriceThe staff at Hertz in Milford provided quick and easy service for a very good price. We used to use another rental agency. There are many in the area, We are going with Hertz from now on.
