Car was filthy, hadn't been cleaned despite them claiming that they sanitize all cars due to Covid-19, this car was filthy. In fact, we were driving down the road when I noticed my 3-year-old eating a pack of doughnuts she'd found in the pocket of the passenger seat. Amid all the fears about Coronavirus, and their claims to take this seriously, it seems that they are all talk, but mostly hot air. The interior of the vehicle was filthy. I had to take it and clean it and sanitize it myself and wipe all the gunk from the steering wheel and interior.

It was an easy, efficient experience. The vehicle ran well and suited our needs. The only problem was that we purchased the protection coverage at time of pickup after we had already purchased a plan through KAYAK or an affiliate. I didn’t realize until it was too late. Seems like there should be some way to see what coverage was already purchased at the time of pickup. In spite of that it was overall a very good experience

Liked the discount given for sure! But someone at least gave us a call to let us that car was not ready on the the day of pick up. But overall renting the car with that Enterprise branch was GOOD! Kudos to Sam for helping us out.

The pickup was okay except that they did not explain about some of the features on the auto, and they did not offer to set the Sirius radio. The car was clean. The only real problem was that there was very little acceleration while trying to merge onto the freeway, However, the drop off at the agency on south I37 at Military Road in San Antonio was very disappointing. The office is located in a busy shopping mall, and when I arrived, there was no parking anywhere near the office and no signage indicating where to park the return vehicles. Therefore, I parked in a parking space as close as I could to the front door since I use a cane and it is difficult for me to walk on some pavement areas. The manager informed me that I could not leave the car parked where it was, and that I had to move it to the back of the building. When I asked if his fellow employee could move it for me, I was informed that they could/would not. This was a real example of poor customer service. There should at least be some type of sign indicating where to park the return vehicles, and a little effort of their part to move my vehicle would have been appreciated. He showed no consideration for my slight disability, only a "so what" kind of attitude.

Customer service reps were all very nice and explained everything properly. Since office was closed on Memorial Day, I had to pay for an extra day, but everything else was cool.

Thought we rented from airport location, but was informed that we had rented at some other Avis location. Luckily, manager at airport location was able to honor same rate that we had agreed upon at the other location. A heads up on your website that you are NOT renting from airport location would be appreciated!

The car was comfortable; but dented and scratched up, and marked up. If I want to rent a scratch and dent, I would go to those companies. The staff on pick up was less than friendly. Rude would be more accurate. No one else in the place but him and myself and he was "too busy" to help me or greet me upon entering his business. After a greeting asking me why I was there and my last name, and my answer to him I waited a good 3-4 minutes while he looked at what he was doing and then computer several times, and then finally said (without touching the computer once, meaning to me my reservation was already up on the screen) said, "Oh, yeah, I see you." Then never asked us the usual questions like, do you want to bring the car back with a full tank or have us fill it for you;" never went over the condition of the car with us, and was very direct when talking with us about the rental. He tried to sell us car insurance telling us that if we didn't take his offer to purchase, then if anything happened, we would have to have our insurance card with us to show the authorities. I have NEVER had that in all my or my husbands years of renting. When I asked him if we purchased AVIS' insurance would there be an insurance card in the car? At that comment he ceased trying to push the insurance on us. I have NEVER had anyone be so gruff, other than in post communist states overseas, even then in the past few years renting with them they were far friendlier! I am so sorry this has been our experience! Shame on this man for being so "bothered" by our presence when renting through him for AVIS.

Please remove this company. Do not promote. They did not have a vehicle available, even though I reserved one. They did not accept credit cards. Terrible experience.

The car wasn't ready when I arrived for pick up; I couldn't wait for "at least an hour" for the car of my choice and was suggested to downgrade; the car I downgraded to hadn't been cleaned - prt hair all over; got a lousy $28 discount for the downgrade; when I returned the car an hour and a half late, I was charged for an extra day.
