Said 12 pm pick up on Saturday Called before and got answering machine that they were closed on Saturdays!!! Went anyhow thinking how could they send me that time if they weren’t open and sure enough closed Had to miss my weekend trip VERY UPSET

I did not get the car, I became sick that day tried to call I was on the phone for hours waiting I canceled through the hertz desk that’s if there is no way to reach kayak either by phone or email. I tried but to no avail. I wanted a refund because I have vertigo all day and it’s unsafe to drive — not happy with not being able to reach and get a refund

Wasn't open at scheduled time of drop off. Had to leave car out front of return location. Waited on hold for a total of close to 3 hours to be hung up on..also instructed to call road side assistance to help. They did not answer either. If this is sue to holiday weekend. Then dont schedule business and rental returns..

The two women who worked in this area were horrible, especially the one with the accent. On the other hand, the gentleman who worked in this area was better to deal with. I thought that I was always greeted with boredom and disinterest. These people really need to be trained on basic common courtesy and professional couttesy!I did not like going to this place of business because of the true lack of professional courtesy. I felt like I was a burden to them just trying to get my car that was already on reservation. I have recently rented a car from Avis/Budget and the gentleman at the desk was fantastic. He was extremely friendly and worked with me over the price quoted to me on the general phone line. This person made you feel appreciated that you were renting a car from him. No one at Hertz ever made me feel this way or work with me. Maybe the Hertz employees needs to be trained by this gentleman at Avis!!!!

The pick up and drop off was great, the staff was very good.The car with it was both very dirty, it had an odor and visible dirt. The vehicle also seem to have engine issues, or require a tuneup.

Guy was rude, the car promised was not what was being offered to me. When I asked for another vehicle he gave attitude. Car was dirty and had an odor. They did not offer a replacement. Guy was on a personal call during transaction. Had rude comments made during drop off.

Easy pick up and drop offI informed Enterprise about the car having a colony of ants that made their way inside the vehicle the entire three hour drive to our destination and I was told that it happens if the car is sitting out for long or not being rented.. They said it’s happened before so I question why this would happen again.. If this wasn’t the first time, they should have thoroughly inspected the car before renting it. Also, I mentioned that my friend had a minor allergy to cat fur because every time she got in the car, she would start sneezing and her eyes reddened. Thankfully she was mildly allergic so we were able to get some allergy medicine but it just made me question their overall inspection and cleaning process with their vehicles. The car itself kept glitching on us and kept showing an error message about a sd card being removed. We tried calling them about it but the automated message would say they were closed when their website said they were open. It was bothering to be asked what we wanted from them to make up for the inconveniences... We only wanted a car that wasn’t infested by ants and was thoroughly cleaned and inspected before renting out to people.

Too many hidden feesFriendly staff, clean carClomplete lies and scam!! $31.00 for the car, ~$30.00 for airport fees (total scam), ~$6.00/gallon for gas (another scam). I’ll take the blame for that one since I forgot to refuel. Quoted $39 for the car as a final price, but paid over $120.00 in the end. I will never rent from enterprise again!!!

Car ran fine good mileage. Easy drop offWindows had a film build up on the inside. Needed to cleaned with window cleaner to remove residue. Very noticeable and glare when driving in to the rising sun.

Terrible policy, annoying and patronizing pickupSimple to reserve, good with Kayak. Car worked wonderful and was clean.I was on my honeymoon and Im a month away from 25. Gentleman working at desk was a total D-bag in front of my wife. Had to get family to come in and rent it and put me on as an additional driver. Total annoyance and company wouldn't give a rip.
