The staff was friendly on both sides, the car was in great shape and the pricing was better than the other vendors. Not much more to ask for!

it worked greatHad an issue at pick up BUT Avis costumer care was great had to change couple times and Avis costumer care was polite and swift it's not everyday you see a major company with high morals, great prices and excellent service THANK THANK YOU THANK YOUWhat I didn't like wasn't Avis fault it was a employees error and not the company plus employee might have a had an emergency so I'm not upset plus Avis costumer care was super fast in fixing the issue

The location. Seems as if they're accustomed to helping out 1 staffer who's worked for 2 years. He didn't know how to explain or provide a number of services.Sales agent should've been knowledgeable about basic tasks. Some had to show him how to look up my account & two other basic functions all after I waited on him to finish eating & clean his teeth. Quite gross & not professional. He was curt.

The vehicle was niceThey didn't have the car ready, there was personal belongings of the previous driver still in the car. Also, the car needed some maintenance(an alignment). I generally don't have any problems with Enterprise!

LocationFound I had reserved the car at a different location than the airport in Jackson, MS. Clerk could not transfer the reservation to the airport location. I would have had to take a cab to the other rental location. I had to call and cancel the reservation and make a new reservation at the airport. Originally I had booked online through Kayak. When I got to the garage to pick up my car, they were out of economic cars. They upgraded me to a Ford Expedition. It was a tank for one person. The weather was bad so it worked out.

Due to holiday traffic in the area, we were late arriving. The young met us at the door and said "sorry we are closed". I wasn't aware the location closed at 2:00 pm.

I took an Uber to pick up my car after having to tow my car to a dealership to get two tires replaced. I was out of town and had run over a curb. When I got to Hertz I was told that they had no cars and that Kayak is permitted to sell rentals when the store does not actually have any.

The hertz place did not have my rental available until the day after I scheduled to pick it up. My trip was severely impacted.
