Pros: The staff was outstanding.. Very professional and friendly. Especially in the kickback and the front desk. Good breakfast and was kept well stocked
Cons: The room was slightly outdated, Ice machine was broken and so was the dispenser for the hair conditioner in the shower. Toilet seat was loose.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Dinner time snacks were like a meal. Didn’t need to go to a restaurant. Wonderful hotel and would definitely go back.
Cons: Nothing.
5,0 Okay
Pros: I liked the room and it's cleanliness, the staff were positive, helpful and confident in meeting the needs of guest.
Cons: The noise. There was a routine grinding noise and water in the pipes noise which were loud enough to hear over the television. I was up until 1 am and had to be up at 5 am. Then there was someone banging on a guest's door for 10 minutes. (Not the hotel's fault, however it was annoying due to wondering if there was going to be some type of violence). These issues are what made my score a 5. Otherwise, it would be a 9.

Pros: The suite was very spacious, and I loved that it had a full size fridge and dishwasher, not to mention a cook top, microwave, coffee machine and even a toaster. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet as well. I found out on my second night that even the laundry services are free so that was great. Also, the breakfast was pretty good, and the breakfast staff went out of their way to take care of our needs. I found the entire stay very enjoyable. Definitely would stay again.
Cons: The whole stay was pretty great, the only (minor) issue I experienced was that we ran out the complimentary shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and it wasn't refilled during our stay. (They're regular-like sized bottles attached to the wall in the shower, not the tiny ones you'd expect in other hotels). But if you bring your own toiletries it's totes a non issue.

7,0 Good
Cons: I did not like the fact that my view was of the AC unit for the price I paid for the room.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: I was part of a group that stayed 3 nights at the Embassy Suites - Ridgeland. Out of four rooms only one thermostat worked properly. All four rooms were freezing...nice but cold! Thermostat was set at 67 and dropping. The first room had to have two space heaters, the second the thermostat had to be set at 90 and it took almost 8hrs to warm the room...but then we couldn't get the thermostat off 90 even though we dropped it all the way down to 60. We had to eventually turn the unit off. The 3rd room stayed cold! I see back in 2011 the same complaint was made over 3yrs later and the thermostat's are still not working properly!
Cons: Despite the cold and/or hot rooms. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The buffet breakfast was great and enjoyed by the entire group. The evening snacks each evening was also a nice treat. It would have been nice if the bar was placed in another area as the common sitting area for all was shared. Shopping (expensive) & restaurants near by. Fix the thermostat... as we enjoyed all the other features of the hotel.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great!
Cons: We had a problem with the hot water that was not resolved at first. It eventually was. The room immediately above us (a relative) also had the same problem...water only lukewarm. it was not every room because another relative staying there had very hot water. At first the maintenance guy just told us it was because it was a large hotel with lots of guests but then he finally adjusted something and we had hot water.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, size of room/suite, free parking, free Wi-Fi in room.

Pros: The location and it was very convenient for shopping, restaurants and the interstate.
Cons: I reported to the front desk on more than one occasion that the shower door would not completely close. House keeping did not clean our room the next day and the following day she only half way cleaned up our room! Embassy is still my favorite hotel.

Cons: No... I've stsyed at this location several times before.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Location and the lobby smelled nice.
Cons: The hotel is dated and really needs to be updated cosmetically. The breakfast area didn't look too sanitary. The front counter clerk was in charge of food prep and front counter service. We ended up spending EXTRA money somewhere else to eat. The halls and the room beside ours was very noisy and we couldn't hardly rest nor sleep until the wee hours of the morning. The only good thing is that the lobby really smelled nice and the location was great. The unsanitary breakfast area conditions is a major turnoff for me and my family and we'll never stay there again.

Cons: The rooms need more cleaning and updating. The covers & pillows are old and need new. The walls need new painting & fixtures. The table & TV stand was to big for the room. But otherwise it was okay. Because it is an older building the rooms are smaller. The traffic through the night was non existent as at most places which was extremely nice! The area is in a good location it just needs help.

Pros: Only one towel in the room, we went to the office. Took them quite a while to find another. Handle to bathroom almost fall of the door. Bathroom ceiling needed repairing. All the lamps were rusty. Curtains not on all the hooks. Hole in wall from the door. Noisy! In the morning when I took my shower the hair drier didn’t work. Went to the office again & they sent me to another room to dry my hair on the other side of the building. Then the only thing they had for breakfast was white bread for toast, coffee & ice water sitting out. They had run out of the waffle mix. Didn’t have & couldn’t make any hot water for tea. We had our own tea bags. Out of everything, even ok. She said they needed to go to the store. This was between 7:30 & 8. So we just left.
Cons: We liked nothing! Don’t stay here!

Pros: The staff
Cons: I requested a room down stairs but 3rd floor was the only thing available and I had a room reserved. The whole place needed repairs, unsafe steps leading up to the 3rd floor. Did not feel safe with all the types of people staying there. The pictures on booking.com in no way match what I saw in person. Was very disappointed but had no choice to go anywhere else as I had a medical procedure to do the next morning as our arrival was late.

I was assigned a different room and had to have my keys reprogrammed every day because they wouldn’t work when I got to my room. (5 times). The people upstairs must have been having a party on Friday and Saturday night until 1:00 am. It was loud talking, jumping, running and furniture moving until I called the front desk. I had to call once Friday night and twice Saturday night. I have never had any problems from other Hilton properties in the past.
